Sunbathing and reading 📖 Cleared out some books and found this in brand new condition, never got round to reading it, so here goes. What are you currently reading? To dedicate some time to reading I really have to be in the zone. I HATE running before and during but absolutely LOVE it afterwards! Does anyone else talk to themselves on a run!? A&E busy with kids nursing sporting injuries, wrists, ankles, arms and legs! Luckily no broken bones for Mads, just advised to lay off the cartwheels! So impressed with our NHS. So proud of my little girl. After a late night at her Football Awards we are having a chilled morning relaxing. She is a little superstar. 🏆 Last night she fell asleep but an hour later she must have been sleep walking, I watched her pick up one of her trophies and put it in the laundry basket and get back into bed. New things are on the horizon 🌅 It’s amazing how manifestation works 👊🏻 7 months ago I mapped out the next 12 months followed by 1, 3, 5 years. I did a detailed timeline, indicating deadlines I wanted to achieve things. I then mapped out certain goals and added the detailed activity that would help me achieve the goal. I then imagined achieving it / them, on a daily basis 💆🏼‍♀️ Half way through the year I can’t believe how much is actually happening, that I detailed on my timeline. I keep looking at it and thinking, wow, I’m actually doing that, wow, I’ve actually achieved that! Some of the goals I wanted to achieve before July 2019 are: * Finish one of my Level 3 Diplomas (Life & Business Coaching) ✅ * Pay off credit card ✅ * Book next adventure ✅ BOOM 💥 Are you on track? What’s your year looking like so far? I must admit it’s been a tough year so far. Exhausting is a good word to describe how I’ve felt, BUT when you start to achieve things you realise it’s worth it.
