The AvA "Secret Gift Exchange" 2024 Registration is OPEN!

Hello again! It's that time of year again! It's the annual Animator vs Animation Community "Secret Gift Exchange"!

For those who don't know, the AvA Gift Exchange is a celebration event centered around crating and sharing gifts across the Alan Becker Stick Figure Tumblr community. I'm so excited to see what everyone makes this year! 8D

Ooooh good question!

Ideally, yes, I would like to host the Gift Exchange again this year

But if I do, I'm going to have to make some pretty big changes to how it's run since I don't want to get Shadowbanned again

My current plan is to require people to submit either a discord or email with their requests so I can just send to them via that with the prompts they could do

I'm hoping by mid-November I'll have everything ready to start opening submissions for the AvA Secret Gift Exchange!

Hey there AvA Fandom! It's that time of the year again!

It's Animator vs Animation Sticktober time! 2024 Edition!

For this year our lovely @k1ttyadventurer has composed a prompt list thats themed roughly around the Animation vs Youtube video and the "Green's Influencer" arc!

For those new to this, AvA Sticktober is a yearly art challenge inspired by the Inktober art challenge where you draw something in ink everyday based on a prompt list!

AvA Sticktober works similarly, expect you can do any of these prompts in any way you want! Traditionally, digitally, written, or arts and crafts? Heck yeah! Want to combine 2 prompts into one? Go for it! Don’t know what to draw for one prompt? Replace it with one of substitute prompts provided!

There’s no pressure to complete all of them if you don’t have the time or just don’t want to! The art challenge is all about having fun!

AvA Sticktober starts on Oct. 1 and ends Oct. 31!

If you fill out any prompts, post it with the tag #AvA Sticktober or #AvA Sticktober 2024 to share it with others!
