So the same teacher told me yesterday that I should become an F1 engineer after I yapped for about 15 minutes about the Monaco Grand Prix this weekend and the difference in energy and battery usage, and how it could reduce Mercedes' advantage significantly and give Ferrari their (probably only) opportunity for a race win this year
Guys I'm actually soo hyped for monaco. Like the first few races this season have been so stop-start, and now that the European season is starting I feel like things are finally gonna start popping off. After Canada I'm expecting some spicyyy racing between the mercs, maybe even a borderline violent inchident at some point...👀. And with the merc compression ratio trick finally getting banned and Monaco being such a different track in terms of energy deployment due to the lack of straights I feel like this may be the best opportunity of us getting a non mercedes winner all year (I think ferrari may just cook, I mean, Charles IS the man from Monaco). The cars being slightly smaller could also lead to more action, though I'm not really expecting much. It can't be worse than last year though (Mercedes must be thinking the same loll monaco was like their worst race all year, they were pretty much dead last 😭)
This man has genuinely sold his soul to ferrari at this point 😭
