i was awarding a pretty substantial scholarship offer to do my phd!!! it’s a huge relief. trying to allow myself to celebrate while also grinding through the final stages of my thesis. my supervisor has finally given me feedback (another relief). also presented on a topic that is completely outside of my specialization and the reception was pretty positive. i’m tentatively hoping to get an article out of it.

just two and a half weeks of class left in the term (and in my bachelor's degree). i'm starting to get that achey, full feeling in my chest whenever i think about it – four years is a long time, but the months, especially now, are short.
