This is especially for those students who already have a business or looking forward to starting one. There are several topics covered by this course that are extremely important for starting a business. For the birth anniversary of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. his sister announces a Scholarship fund at UC, Berkeley for Astrophysics students.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister tweeted and announced a scholarship of 35,000 USD that is 25.5 lakh for students who want to pursue Astrophysics at UC, Berkeley [University of California, Berkeley]. She says that it was his late brother’s dream to help students for getting quality and enhanced education.

Financial aid of 455k CAD dollars is being provided to International students by UCW

n Vancouver, UCW[University Canada West] is providing international students a 650$ voucher which will help them to reduce the financial burden. This is for the students who've recently shifted to Canada for studies. Not only this but additional support to the students will also be provided. The total amount is 455k dollars and all of this money is for helping the students who are coming to the universities and colleges of Canada. Students will be provided assistance until they're in self-isolation. The president of UCW Brock Dykeman said this financial aid is for reducing the burden of the international students. He also said that this time is depressing for the students and this step taken by them will be a huge relief to international students.

International students are welcomed back in Victoria with special accommodation arrangements

In Australia the Victorian Government along with the federal government has announced to bring the international students back in January 2021. Quarantine setup has been made for almost 1,200 students. A spokeswoman "Daniel Andrews" said the state was working with the federal government to bring the international students back. Earlier it was announced that the arrival caps will be reduced. But now recently a newspaper confirmed that bringing back International students, this topic will be again discussed in the meeting which will be held on 5th February.

After the discovery of New Covid-19 mutation in UK Japan & Taiwan have tighten their borders!

After this mutation was found in UK, both countries Japan & China decided to close their borders. This is going to affect International students. And they have announced that it will be like this till the end of January at least. The ministry of education in both these countries announced that the requests for entering the country have been put to hold for a while and there are permits to certain students but they had to go back as the borders are strictly closed.

Ben Chen, the Vice President for International and Mainland China affairs says this decision is going to affect the International students.

It'll affects the studies of those who planned their studies in February as well as those who residency permits are expired.

The students who are in Taiwan are said that they are not allowed to return to their country. However, after all this if the international students are allowed then they will have to quarantine themselves first and if they decide to quarantine themselves in their apartment they have a follow the "1 person per residence" rule.

Japan decided to increase the number of international students in the year 2022 but after Covid-19 they've decided to keep there borders closed.

New set of rules for International students travelling Canada, set up by Canadian government.

According to the report it is compulsory for the student to submit a Negative report of Covid-19 test. Then only the student will be allowed to board the flight otherwise not. Marc Garneau, the Minister of Transport says "Canadian government looks after the health and safety of the people. New guidelines will be set to avoid Covid-19 from spreading.

Official Rules And Guidelines:-

You have to check these before you travel Canada.

The COVID 19 test must be done within 72 hours prior to the travelling schedule.

The test must be performed using a Covid-19 molecular polymerase chain reaction (or PCR) test.

Those who will receive a negative test will still have to take e 14 days mandatory quarantine in Canada.

The quarantine plans will be reviewed by a government official or by a federal quarantine facility.

The travellers will violate the rules and will have to face up to six months and/ or a fine of $75000.

Abroad study scholarship scheme for tribals, launched by Jharkhand Government

The Abroad study scholarship is launched for ST (schedule tribe) students by the Jharkhand Government. This scholarship will help praiseworthy students to pursue higher education in abroad university. The scholarship is named as Marang Gomke which means great leader. This scholarship is launched in the memory of the tribal leader Jaipal Singh. Full name of scholarship is Jaipal Singh foreign scholarship scheme.

There are 10 scholarships and it is awarded to 10 praiseworthy students of schedule tribe so they can pursue higher education in M. Phil in Universities like Oxford and Harvard's and many other different fields of studies.

The special secretary ranked official in the Department of Welfare, the CMO has asked them to work on the scholarship theme. And he also said that soon the amount & details of the scholarship will be revealed.

Studying abroad plans of Indian students may get affected as the delay is announced in CBSE board Exams

The board exams of 10th and 12th STD students have been announced. And this year the exams are delayed by 2 months. This situation may affect those Indian students who have planned to study abroad. The dates of examination are May 4th to June 10th and are results are said to be declared on July 15th. Indian students will have to face problems as in foreign countries like USA, UK, New Zealand, Canada, etc the classes begin in the month of July and Indian students are expected to submit all their documents by the month of May. Students will definitely face problems but the foreign universities may give composure. The main reason for this is because Indian students contribute a lot to their economy. It has a huge impact as 1.90 lakh Indian students study in foreign countries.

Free Online course on anti-racism & Allyship provided by Stanford Graduate School of Business

This is a one week course which is provided by the school and students are supposed to watch the lecture 45 minutes a day at least. This course is available for everyone especially for those who believe in racial equality can join this course. This course consists of exercising, series of reading, reflecting & the actions taken by the student who completes the course. The theme of this course is designed in such a way to represent the racism issue at a global level. Whoever enrolls for this program has to spend at least 45 minutes a day to complete the course.

The aim of this course is to uplift people to stand against the wrong. After the completion of this course the learners will get opportunity to continue their learning process, tools and resources will be provided.

Sarah Soule, Morgridge professor of organisational behaviour and Stanford Graduate School of Business and senior associate dean for academic affair says change starts with learning and should be subsume with reflection. Ohio State University ranks 19th in the top 20 Universities of US for International students

The University is now among the top 20 Universities in USA. it has seen a rise of students by 20%. These students are continuing their education from Ohio State University. The 19th rank is in the terms of number of international students that are admitted. In the year 2019 7000+ International students were admitted in this University and now there's a rise in the number by 20%. International students arrive at the Ohio State University from 100 different countries which includes Taiwan, Malaysia, India, South Korea, etc to study in the fields like Statistics, mathematics, engineering, business etc.

The vice provost for global strategies and international affairs Gil Katz says that Ohio State University has put in a lot of efforts for providing students variety of opportunities and engage Internationally. He also said that the University's partnership with office of diversity and inclusion have increased their outreach and made new ways as such that it is now possible for the students to afford International education. The major reason that the University progressed was it belived in improving it. The University not only improved itself but also the programs and courses they provided to the international students.

Abroad faculty members hired in India? Here's why

Abroad faculty members are hired for taking online classes in Bangalore institutes. Banglore institutes have commenced employing foreign faculty members for conducting online classes. This is for the students who couldn't travel abroad for higher studies. This will help the students to have access to the program syllabus of international standards. 3 abroad faculty members have been hired by IIFA [Indian Institute of Fashion & animation] for conducting the classes. Yogesh J, the director of IIFA said that "Students can now address their queries to these abroad faculty members about the foreign studies plans, which were ceased because of Covid-19". The Bangalore school of design has an academic partnership with De Paris - Ecole Conte, France, Praveen Nandakumar co-chairman of the school said, students are also energetically showing their interest in choosing institutions & programs that have an academic partnership with international institutions.

US Universities dropping the requirement for ACT/SAT?

Almost 51 schools in the US have dropped the requirement of ACT/SAT for fall 2021. This is because of Covid-19. According to a list by the National Center for Fair and Open Testing [a nonprofit organization that works to end the misuse of standardized testing], almost 51 colleges & universities have dropped their requirements for ACT/SAT for this fall 2021. Some of the universities are the University of California, Northeastern University, Boston University, etc. The non-profit organization is demanding more universities to drop their requirement and not just 51.

For the support of International Student, NSW[New South Wales] Government has launched a 20 million dollars package

International Student Support Network (ISSN) program commenced by the Australian Homestay Network (AHN) to support emergency housing of international students. Most students are in a homestay in primary cities like Wollongong & Sydney. For helping these international students more than 300+ local families came forward and registered in the AHN [Australian Homestay Network]. The New South Wales government has contributed 80% in partnership with ISSN [International Student support network]. According to the founder of AHN's "David Bycroft", 21% of the International Students could become homeless in Australia, but they started this network and handled this situation. But they need more hosts in important locations because as expected there are many applications coming. Mr. Bycroft also said that there are almost 555,000 students who are unemployed, lonely, and struggling with their studies and also they are not being able to pay their rent. Despite this, the support and dynamism of the government have done a fabulous job and it shows how much the government takes care of the students.

Canadian Universities' fully prepared for Covid-19 plans anticipating consent

International students are allowed in the Canadian universities for their higher education, But the universities have to show their plans as reviewing these plans is important. Canada announced that all the institutions and university has to show their plans for Covid-19 before starting the campus for the students. Although Canadian universities did a marvelous job in preparing the plans. As everyone knows that there are many universities so the government has announced that reviewing all the plans of each and every university may take some time.

20 million Scholarship awarded to Bihar boy by Case Western University!

18 year old "Abhinav khanna" is awarded 20 million Scholarship by Case Western University. He applied for bachelor's of degree in computer science. He has been awarded this scholarship which will cover everything. His tuition fees, and other expenses for a time period of 4 years during his UG degree at University. The head of UG admissions Robert R McCullough wrote to Abhinav khanna and said it's his pleasure that a student like him has been admitted to the class. Abhinav's father has a small business, while his mother is a house wife.

It's a huge opportunity for him as Case Western University is one of the leading universities.
