Hello my friend I am a mother of two little girls from Gaza, Sara (6 years old) and Ameera (5 years old) 💔Before the war, we lived a simple life with a home and dreams like any other family. Today, our home has been destroyed, and we are living in a damaged tent after long months of displacement, fear, hunger, and loss.

My daughters spend their days standing in long lines for water and bread instead of living their childhood 🥺 My husband was also injured while trying to bring food for us during the famine.

I created this fundraiser with a broken heart, only hoping to protect my daughters and give them a chance to live with dignity, safety, and hope again 🙏

🚨 Urgent Call for Help

I am Jaafar, living in Gaza, and I have created a fundraising campaign to help my family cover the costs of living amid the difficult humanitarian conditions we are facing, the high prices, and the severe shortage of basic necessities. We have completely lost our home, and all the houses in our area were destroyed. Our area has now become part of what is known as the “Yellow Line.” Today, we are living in a tent in the middle of Gaza that does not protect us from the extreme summer heat or the cold of winter.

We lost everything we owned inside our home, and we have nothing left. We are trying to rebuild our lives from zero, but this is beyond our ability under these harsh circumstances. I kindly ask you, if you are able, to help me with any amount, no matter how small. Every contribution makes a real difference in my family’s life and helps us provide food and basic necessities.

as someone who has just done a full press junket with a publicist and some quite deliberate crafting of messaging to market myself in a specific way, I'm pretty well placed to say this -

it is CRAZY how many "news outlets' are just AI slop regurgitating stuff that other outlets have done actual reporting on. For every article that an actual journalist spoke to me about and wrote there are two or three slop clones of it, and even more shortform video summaries. I took a quick look at TikTok and it's WILD to see the lines that me and my team crafted being vomited up by AI voices. I mean, it demonstrates pretty clearly that publicity works cause it's saying a lot of the things I want it to say (plus a few false things it's made up) but wow, the degrading impact this tech is having on the public information sphere and the hard work of entertainment journalists is PALPABLE

My name is Bilal. I am a 35-year-old father of four children 👨‍👧‍👦 from Gaza. I lived a simple life with my family. I worked hard every day to provide my children with a decent life and a better future.

But the war took everything from us… 💔

In a sudden bombing, my home was destroyed, and the place that once brought my family together became nothing but ruins. I lost several members of my family, and I, my wife, and my daughter were injured, leaving us with deep physical and emotional suffering.

After losing my home, my job, and my only source of income, I became unable to work because of my injuries. My responsibilities became greater than my ability to provide. Today, I live with my children in a small, worn-out tent ⛺ that does not protect us from the heat of the sun ☀️, the cold of winter ❄️, insects 🐜, or rats 🐭 that have become part of our daily struggle.

Even the little food we manage to get 🍞 does not remain safe for us, as the rats eat it, and my children cannot eat it afterward. We are living in extremely difficult conditions, trying only to survive through fear and hardship 💔.

The tent where we live is located near the yellow line, and we have nowhere else to go or a safe place to shelter. It breaks my heart to see my children suffering while I cannot provide what they need 😢.

I ask kind-hearted people ❤️ to stand with me and help us provide medical treatment for my wife and daughter 🏥, secure the basic needs for my children, and help us overcome these unbearable circumstances after losing everything.
