yeah the guy who invented them made incredibly precise infusion pumps (as opposed to gravity fed ivs) which not only meant they could give medications to teeny tiny babies safely, it's also used for insulin pumps and portable dialysis machines. the key element is that it's a peristaltic pump so the liquid stays in sterile tubing for safety

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Wagon GT, 2005. The first and only long-roof Evo was introduced in Japan as part of the 9th generation Lancer range. It married the Lancer Evolution IX's front end styling and Lancer Wagon adding rear blister fenders and a revised rear bumper. There were reinforcements mainly focused on the rear end to create a lightweight and very stiff station wagon body. Variants came with a 6-speed manual (GT, MR) or a 5-speed automatic (GT-A). It used the same 1,997cc 4G63 287hp turbocharged 4 cylinder engine as the Evo IX saloon though the automatic version had a smaller turbocharger for more low end torque.
