do you ever have a shift at work that’s so bad that it’s hilarious and you can’t even be sad about it
#i told my friend about last night today when we were working on he#*hw#and he was like oh my god that’s awful are you okay??#and i was like ? yes? it was funny#narrator: in fact it was not funny#but like cosmically for me it was kinda funny#not for the dogs.#anyway fun fact teaching hospitals don’t let you do chest compressions for more than 2 minutes#they make you tap out that often so that you don’t become less effective#because if you’re doing them right? chest compressions on a big dog#and i’m assuming on a person#are EXHAUSTING#you have to throw your entire body into it#and then sometimes you have to do it twice in a row on two different patients in the span of an hour#theoretically
