Laura I love so many things but this blog is 90% dedicated to the most awesome TV show ever made, Supernatural. The SPN Series Finale Wishlist

With the show slowly coming to an end and people throwing around wild speculations on the big finale, I’ve created my own wishlist of things I’d like to see during the big showdown. Do I know what’s gonna happen? Nope, I don’t 

But a girl can dream, right?

Here goes…

1) Sam and Dean yelling each other’s name

2) A reappearance of the SAMULET

3) One last exchange of “Bitch” and “Jerk”

4) Dean being overly protective 

5) Chuck biting it

- Yes, really, Chuck. Leave our boys alone, they’ve suffered enough.

6) BRO-HUG <3

7) The boys knowing their worth and being BAMF 

8) The boys dying - T-O-G-E-T-H-E-R - side by side, holding hands, in each other’s arms, huddled together - i don’t care. But they go out together, first Sam, succumbing to his injuries while Dean whispers reassurances with his dying breath. “‘s okay. I’ll see you on the other side, little brother. Let go, Sammy.“ Then Dean, as well.

9) W-I-N-C-H-E-S-T-E-R-L-A-N-D - Dean joins Sam in heaven where Sam’s already waiting against the hood of the Impala with two beers in hand. ‘Took you long enough,’ Sam smiles and tosses Dean the car keys. It’s a cloudless sky. Dean gets in, cranks up the radio and they drive off togther.

Not only directed it but starred in it, took care of Mara Wilson (Matilda) while her mother was in hospital with cancer and even managed to get an advanced copy of the movie for her to watch before she succumbed to her illness. The man is a treasure.

The best story I’ve heard about the production of Matilda was: 

The scene where Matilda was dancing around her living room making things fly around to the song “Little Bitty Pretty One” was very nerve-wracking for Mara. She told Danny that she was anxious to do the scene, and he said, “You know why? Because you’re the only one dancing! We just have to have everyone else dance too! Then it won’t be scary!” 

So everyone–the crew, the rest of the cast, the people at the craft services table, everyone–danced along with the song, at Danny’s insistence. Apparently the only one who wasn’t doing the full on dance was the camera man, who just did a foot shuffle so the camera wouldn’t jiggle. 

If that’s not the sweetest thing ever I don’t know what is.

Philosophical debates with potential world-ending implications are fun and everything, but every now and then, I’d like to see Sam and Dean have petty, bitchy, well-worn arguments about everyday shit, solely for sport or to combat boredom.

Sam: *staring pointedly at the beer in Dean’s hand* 

Sam: Dean, it’s three o’clock in the morning.

Dean: Yeah? What’s the current temperature?

Dean: I thought you might have other shit I don’t care about to tell me.
