Imu gets really emotional when the topic concerns Joyboy or Nefertari D. Lily. We see him in the garden reaching out to a blue butterfly, that and the painting of Lily that he's looking at - doomed romantic story/unrequited love? And in relation to Joyboy, even more doomed friendship satoru/geto style? two friends ending up believing different ideas, or was it a rivalry from the jump?

With now knowing how Imu looks, I think it raised more questions than answers idkk man we'll see

My take on recent manga ch regarding Usopp

I'd like to point out that Imu coming in with the full form to fight Luffy was bound to happen, especially with Nika being literally on Elbaf right now. Imu couldn't get control over that land and it seems natural for him to be concerned with the commotion. With Loki possessing Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Nidhöggr devil fruit as well, it's logical Imu wants to prevent their union at all cost.

So that being said, I don't get people who slander Usopp right now for "daring" Imu to show up himself.

Honestly it all comes down to people who sway with the plot and just half assed watching the anime itself. To understand why and what's happening you gotta get the bigger picture, and also understand Oda's characters and why and when they're behaving the way they do. Usopp has always been that way and it just shows his consistency (and also bravery btw) as a character to literally challenge Imu in his usual Usopp rant style

Zoro and Sanji death pact theory

Okay yall gotta hear me out, I'm not crazy

During that one scene in Wano Sanji asked Zoro to kill him if he's no longer himself (in different translations it reads different):

Now, I know that agreement was for "after the battle" time. And also it was in relation to his backstory with Jerma, I acknowledge that.

But what if Oda, the king of foreshadowing, threw a hypothetical on us - Zoro killing Sanji if he's no longer himself.

From the latest volumes of manga, we're introduced to the power of Imu to turn people into monsters. And that the only way to confront it is conqueror's haki.

So, naturally, a thought flew in my brain:

What if Imu eventually turns someone from the straw hats into a monster?

That's a possibility for sure, especially because only Zoro and Luffy possess conqueror haki.

Now going back to Zoro and Sanji's dialogue. Yes, I understand that it was under different circumstances - but we all know Oda by now? What if at some point Sanji turns and Zoro is forced to kill him, keeping his promise.

But that's just my random thoughts. I'd love to hear what you think
