“No, it’s not.” Barry’s eyebrows furrowed in confusion because if Hal’s favorite color was red, Barry would’ve worn a red shirt instead of the dark green one he had on today.

Hiya! My knowledge of Halberry is pretty slim and I was wondering if y'all could give any canon context to the quotes that are used as prompts?

Hello, and welcome!

You can find some general context for the quotes here (with only moderate editorializing from the mod!). I included the panels to hopefully give more of a sense of them as characters.

I tried to give some context on where in continuity the quotes are pulled from too, though this being comic book continuity, there's kind of a lot of it and it's not the most straightforward. However, knowing the continuity of that isn't a prerequisite for being in this fandom!

I'm putting that in a separate document for anyone who would rather not see the context! Context for the quotes is absolutely not necessary when using the quotes to create for the Week. For anyone who got an idea while reading a quote, run with it! No need to feel constrained by the canon context, who said the line, etc.
