The first one is a sketch page I tried doing. (Lots of scribbling happened there,,, you can click the alt text for the words typed out.) Theres also a bonus drawing of her face that didn't make it to the first page. Since I did this during the my reread of autophagia, this one is her during it! (Cough,,, and her bug look in the tiny corner sketches.) (I also thing she ends up looking a little 24-ish? Here? Sigh...)
The other is the first thing I've drawn her in! (Er photobashed?) Like I mentioned in eryptosis, Its mostly made of images overlayed with the right colors... then fussed with a whole bunch. I think im happy to leave it as is even though I was supposed to paint over it. I don't want to mess with it! (Besides... Its really hard to draw her? I can never agree with myself on how she should look!)
The background is the actual lake Tahoe, Stellars dress, ofcourse, has the detail, being made with super closeup pictures of chitin, while the back part is cicada wing! As much as I like catching on detail,, when I made this, I somehow forgot she doesn't have feet? Oh well...
The last is a WIP, this one I HOPE i'll actually finish, and is supposed to be in the Morimens style,,, (though to be frank,, I dont think I got it at all.) She also looks too tall? Grph maybe I shouldn't have used Thias as a reference for her upper body... eh, all the same- this one I hope to be able to make her look goopish enough, and still make the pile of biomass at her shins look suitably meaty and gross.
Eheh, ofcourse. Since its in Morimens style- naturally this means I've thought of how the crossover work would go! So, if you'd like... bare with me, it's fanfiction idea time? (More like just ramblings because overly detailed crossovers are fun to think about.... which um probably disgregard or get things wrong about the lore..... whoops? Ah, whatever, its all lovecraftian anyway!
Instead of regenerating completely in dear Glens basement meat pool, Stellar would accumulate enough biomass, and then fall through the floor- and be plopped somewhere in the morimens world- Glen would check on it, (the giant hole that looks like it simply has no depth, like someone neatly cut a circle out of the meat pool) And the parts of Glen that are Stellar, would draw him forward, where he is then Spagettified and reduced to meatmass that coagulates with Stellar!
I mean- of course he's still in there, but, I think I would be very very adorable of him to be a lump on stellars shoulder who's permanently got a little (-_-) face. (I just couldn't have them separated, you get it right? Saya already doesn't have fuminori,,, I just cant do it to them too!)
I like to think they'd be found somewhere where dissolution gathers, trying to help and patch things up- even when it doesn't make sense, when parts of her simply melt off and disappear, when the creatures she tries helping, assimilating, whatever you have it- slowly fall apart into stumbling masses of black sludge and pink flesh that slowly goes dull. Each and every one of them with a mouth that can't be seen, repeating Stellar's soft cries of "I'm sorry, I know, im so so sorry."
Aha,,, ow,,,, uh, and then they go to mythag or something! For plot reasons! And maybe they find out that there's Glens silver core under all of that meat that is Stellar and now him. (And it is her, protecting what's left of what he used to be, around him everywhere like the world's warmest hug, and it is Glen holding on too, with the strongest desire to live.) Aha,,, cute,,,
Since the side stories are usually how awakeners became like that/died or just slices of the past. Keeper would wake up and be part of Stellar! (Or maybe leob? As he is meat entombed? With glimpses of the cold room in-between nothingness where Keeper shivers in the warmth and distant sounds of radio broadcasts.) it would be at the end of Auto, right before Stellar dies. So it's also this kindof way for Keeper to learn more about Glen, who so far is this kind of vague figure (like a blurry image) around Stellar, or a smaller chunk of meat with very,,,, middling statements and nothing opinions.
But thats like so sad so this is what the Reproductive frenzy would be!!!!
Stellar would mess with Keeper a littleeee- just a little, enough for them to see the same constructed Glen that Stellar sees. Him as he was alive, and since Keeper was technically part of her (Yes she knows they were there, dreams are her thing after all!) They're more then welcome to spend the night with them. Which could either be full of Keeper going "oh jeez these two are the corniest people alive," or a Maxine situation 🫡. Either way,,,,, the silver key light your path,,,, first rule is have fun!
Here's the part where I thought about gameplay but... eh, then I realised I couldn't even think about what realm I wanted her in. Caro? Hmm but thats super expected. She did arrive in a space rock, so, ultra? Hmmm that could be funny... (I have this really stupid idea- where her exalt consumes insight cards.... shes learning... obtaining knowledge... uhhh, in practice- that would probably suck.)
Maybe an allarounder chaos like 24? Very adaptable! Ah but then what role? Maybe a supporter, (shes cheering you on!) Or a damage dealer? (Fails around cluelessly (very very cutely) whoops, you're Spagettified). Anyway it goes, if it could be poison, that'd be cool. Mmmm dot damage... ah, it would be cool if there was a way to apply poison on the enemy based on counter? Or maybe a way of reflecting dot damage?
Sigh,,, at least I had fun in traphase ideas. Shes someone who debuffs via getting attacked! So a defender on the front line- who would want gdolls wheel probably (inflicting void on the first person to hit her each turn) All of this is mostly so one of her voice lines can be "owwww,,, did you expect me to say something like that? Don't worry, i dont mind- watch this." (Formes a chunk out of her head shaped like a comically large bite mark.) "Owww, my braaaaiiin" or something silly like that.... I find it really amusing if shes a tank somehow
Oh lord,, thats a lot of rambling... er- i'll save the Tomo life screenshots for another post, sorry for the... uh.... chunky read. Eheh?
Moreover, I just wanted to show my appreciation and love for stellar, and even glen. Art hasn't been working with me very well, (nor has writting) but I guess thats just the way it is sometimes. Hm if I could thank stellar for being an excellent muse, I would! Even if I can never quite imagine her consistently!
