Thanks to the help of an old high school buddy, our Salmon supply has improved a great deal! . . Hussein Hirji has been smoking tilapia and other fish locally in Kampala, and this year added locally smoked Norwegian salmon to the mix! . . In this photograph we show off one of the tiny and lean 5kg salmon that he and his Norwegian partner brought in for us, directly from the airport. . . We couldn’t be more happy about this bro!
