Barely have time to eat or sleep since starting a nursing degree, but still putting myself and my mental wellbeing first! 🙋🏻💪🏻😴

After an extremely stressful week of starting my Mental Health Nursing degree whilst being on crutches with a broken foot and having monumental dips in my own mental health, I can finally say I’ve gotten through it. I’m still alive despite next to no sleep and being in self-destruct mode every night, I haven’t broken anymore bones and I’m genuinely feeling quite happy this evening with my glass of wine!

Only three more years to get through!
