Hey all! Good morning! I hope each and every one of you have had an amazing start to your weekend! Last night I did an extreme circuit training with my dad and I was pouring and dripping sweat! I felt great afterwords! (Waking up this morning, my arms and abs not so much haha) I’m taking a break for the next few days of weighing myself and will start again on Monday! Doesn’t mean I’m taking a break from exercising though! Happy Saturday!

A picture from my super yummy supper that I had last night that I complete forgot to post... oops! These are healthy fajitas with lettuce instead of a wrap! Light sour cream and reduced fat cheese! Anddddd with my weigh in this morning wait for it...... 190!!! I’ve dropped 5 pounds so far! I know it’s not a lot but I really needed that. I feel better, I sleep better, and I’m excited about making healthier choices in my eating!!
