Blueberry Frozen Yogurt that you made yourself tastes great. It's a tasty and healthy treat that's great on hot summer days or whenever you want something sweet and sour.
Ingredients: 4 cups of frozen blueberries. 2 cups of Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup of honey. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. 1/4 cup of milk optional, for desired consistency.
Instructions: Place the frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a bit of milk to reach your desired consistency. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more honey or lemon juice if needed. Transfer the blueberry yogurt mixture to an airtight container and freeze it for at least 4 hours or until it's firm. Serve the blueberry frozen yogurt in bowls or cones. You can garnish it with fresh blueberries or a drizzle of honey if desired.
