I know it's very difficult now a days to not only be unique but also to stay true to oneself. However, only those who are truly genuine are able to not only be happy but also make a difference.

I had to learn this the hard way. I have to keep reminding myself of this. Living in the moment is easier said than done. While it comes naturally to some "go with the flow" people, for others, type As like me, its all about making it a habit.

Remind yourself each day that you're only human. Imperfections makes you..you! Life is messy and complicated. Its a pile of gray dirty water so don't expect to be all neat and clean...no one is. Authenticity is often flawed.
