Tonight’s dinner ! Threw this delicious meal together in 20 minutes- steamed veggies, onions, sweet peas, snow peas, zucchini, and a lovely tomato sauce!
Yum yum yum ! Great alone with your favourite spices, or stuffed into a pita .. Quick, easy and very tasty!

International Detroit Half-Marathon
I had the privilege to run through Detroit and Windsor as well as cross over the ambassador bridge and run through the tunnel ! It was an amazing experience and something I can see myself doing in the years to come!

1 banana
1 cup of un-sweetened almond milk
1 TBS Hemp Protein Powder
1 TBS Flax Seed Oil
Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries
3 Ice Cubes

Sautéed onions, tomatoes, spinach, kale, peppers, and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese!

This is a quick and filling way to start your day- a fruit and greek yogurt parfait topped with almonds, cinnamon and flax !

Quick and Easy Nutritious Dinner
Stuffed red pepper with quinoa, red barley, sprouted beans, onions, sweet peas, tomatoes, spinach, sprinkled with cumin, pepper, and ground flax and chia seeds
-Cook quinoa and sprouted beans over medium heat for 20 minutes-or as directed
-Fluff quinoa and add desired veggies and spices
-Cut pepper in half,remove seeds, then stuff the veggies inside
-Cover with tinfoil and insert into a 350° oven for 60 minutes
