I don't like using that word but I post multifandom stuff (because I have multiple interests)

My biggest interest of all time now is rock music, specifically psychedelic rock even though I repost a lot of prog rock stuff here as well (fandom’s huge here). If you wanna get into psych rock, listen to The Doors’ self titled album or Surrealistic Pillow by Jefferson Airplane or anything Jimi Hendrix. If you wanna get into prog rock, definitely listen to Fragile by Yes, after that PLEASE LISTEN TO SOME KING CRIMSON ❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰

Relistened to Close to the Edge just now

BWAAAAAAAHHHHH!!! It’s such a beautiful album!!! It also makes me really sad for some reason!!! Maybe sad isn’t the right word… ‘moved’ is better…

If I remember, Close to the Edge would be the first Yes album I’ve listened to in full, although I’ve heard Roundabout before because of the To Be Continued memes

I didn’t listen to that album because of JJBA tho, I remember… I was in a Discord server for The Doors, and on the music thread someone recommended me to listen to Siberian Khatru. I don’t remember what my reaction to the song was at the time, but it’d be my favourite track off CttE rn. Especially the end. One of the best closing sections of any album. Im so serious. Listening to Close to The Edge, And You and I, Siberian Khatru back to back… when the song was about to fade out I was like “Please don’t leave me guys noooooo”
