I'm pregnant!

I have been away for so long again. Did I mention I am pregnant?! Yes!!! I'm in the third trimester and less than 3 weeks away from the due date, which is 26th of December. I'm super excited to see this little creature in me👶🍀❤️

Tomioka Silk Mill is now registered as World Heritage! This is the first silk-reeling factory which was established in 1872 by Japanese government. The factory had one of the largest silk-reeling mills at that time. 去年、世界遺産に登録された富岡製糸場。 1872年にできた官営の工場らしく、器械の製糸工場では世界最大規模だったそう。 そんなに見るところはなかったけど、絹糸ができるまでのビデオはおもしろかった。 工場を見た後は、おぎのやさんで峠の釜めしを！

Spoiled myself at Ataturk airport, which was named after my favorite person in the history. I love Turkish food. I don't mind if I have more than 5 Turkish meals a week. I have been so into it since my Turkish friend invited me and prepared delicious Turkish cuisine 6 years ago. Here in Japan, you can find good Turkish restaurants in Shinjuku 3 Chome area and Tameike Sannou area. アタテュルク空港でピデやらスープやらトルコ料理を堪能。 今回はトランジットを使って市街地まで行けなかったので、これで我慢！ ドネルケバブ以外のトルコ料理が本格的に好きになったのは、LAに住んでた時に友達のトルコ人がお家に招待して振る舞ってくれた時。 東京では、新宿三丁目のボスポラスハサンと名前忘れちゃったけど、溜池山王のお店が大好き。

Hide and seek in Barcelona:

My hubby and I decided to make own trips and said goodbye. We tried to find each other in the town. The result of hide and seek was: nowhere to be found but fun!

Both he and I once stopped by El Colte Inglés in Plaça de Catalunya, but we missed each other.

He made his own trip to go to eastern side of Barcelona city. He was happy to see his favorite brand Kelme there, which he couldn’t find any in this trip! (My hubby plays futsal.)

I made my own trip to trace my 1st and 2nd visit in Barcelona. (To my surprise,) The 1st time I came here was 8 years ago, and the 2nd was 3 years ago. It was so much fun! Many things have changed but still exist with new appearances.

We finally met up after 7 hours in our hotel. As he doesn’t speak Spanish, I was bit worried but he said he had a good day and it made me smile. As I mostly speak Spanish in town, now I understand English is available here. ===

今日は旦那さんと別行動。 スペイン広場で別れた後、街中で見つけたらハグをしようという約束でバイバイ。 カタルーニャ広場のEl Colte Inglésでニアミスしてたようだけど、会えず。

結局7時間後にホテルの部屋で合流したけど、本当に楽しかった！

旦那さんは気の向くままに街の東の方まで行って、それからは「ビーチに行く」との私の言葉を頼りにビーチへ行ったとのこと。 途中、フットサルブランドのKelmeがあって喜んでた。

私は、バルセロナ3度目なので、過去に訪れた思い出の地をひたすらめぐった。 色んな場所が変わっていて、感慨深かった。

旦那さん、帰ってこれるか心配だったけど、私が帰ると既に部屋でくつろいでた！ 私は街中ではスペイン語で話すので、英語がどれくらい通じるか不安だったけど、英語だけで無事に1日過ごせたそう。良かった。

My hubby’s suitcase got stolen by stupid robbers in Lisbon. We asked the receptionist to keep our luggage but the stupidest stupids sneaked into the hotel and stole it. How dare you!

Remember whatever you do comes back to you. God sees what you do.

They successfully ruined our very first day of honeymoon! We were packed into a police station for 3 freaking hours just to make a crime report! You may wonder why it took so long.. Because there were too many victims of the robbery!!!

What wrong with you, Lisbon? I have traveled a lot but this is the first time to lose a whole suitcase!

リスボンで盗難の被害。 ホテルに預けていたスーツケースが旦那さんの分だけない…。 ホテルに調べてもらったら、預かったスーツケースを持っていった二人組が防犯カメラに映っていたとのこと。

超高級なとこではないけど、普通のホテル。 安宿じゃない所なのに、なんで盗られる所に置いておくねん！と突っ込み。 保険は降りるけど、そんな問題ではない。

ハネムーン初日からパトカーに乗って、ツーリスト用の警察署へ。 被害者で溢れてる窓口で3時間待たされてようやく調書作成。

総移動時間が25時間の旅行でほぼ寝てない時にこんなことが起きて踏んだり蹴ったり。 幸いにも貴重品やパスポートは入ってなかったけど、旦那さんこれから服や身嗜みを整えるものないよ！

疲れてる所にダブルパンチでかわいそうでした。 私がアメリカ土産で買ったTシャツも盗られてて悲しい。 何より悲しんでる姿が悲しい。

Our honeymoon is about to start!

Only 2 more weeks to go! To become a travel animal again!!! To fall in love with Spain again!!! I have been there sometimes but this time for honeymoon 😊 No puedo esperar más para ir a España! Tengo muchas ganas de ir al camp nou para ver el partido de Barça ⚽️ == あと2週間で海外旅行！ 昔はしょっちゅう旅行してたけど、出張以外では本当に久しぶり！ なんやかんやで何回も言ってるスペインも、新婚旅行は初めて。 とりあえず飛行機とホテルは抑えたからなんとかなるかなー。 バルサの試合早く観たい！ 旦那さんを喜ばせたくて結構いい席買ったんだー。

It’s been 10 months since I started living with my husband. At that time, he was my boyfriend and I was not that good cook. But now, thanks to every-night-practice, I can prepare many dishes without asking Google. And I’m also thankful for my husband who always eats up all no matter if it’s successful or not.

I’m frequently asked if I make sushi and miso soup everyday. But “no” for both questions. Just same as Americans don’t eat burgers everyday or as Mexicans don’t eat tacos for every single meals. ;) == 一緒に暮らし始めて10ヶ月。 もともと料理は好きだったけど、毎日誰かのために作るのが最初は苦痛で、献立を考えるのが嫌だった。 それでもなんとか続けてる間に献立には困らないほどレパートリーが増えてきて、今はなんとか毎日お料理できてる。

それもこれも失敗しても残さず食べてくれる旦那さんが居たから。 感謝です。
