We all need it (so much‼️), but who actually gets enough?
Well here are 5 benefits of drinking water:
💧Water maximizes physical performance
💧Water helps maintain blood pressure
💧Water is great for your skin and overall appearance
💧Water carries nutrients and oxygen to your cells
💧Water helps your digestion
I know it is clunky but this gallon bottle SAVES ME. I literally carry it with me everywhere. Weird right? I know, but with this bottle I 1) know that I drink at LEAST a gallon of water each day (I treat it like a challenge) AND 2) don’t get too lazy to go get more water😆
Whatever works for you do it but just DRINK MORE WATER💧

If you are like me , you LOVE the snacks- especially at night ( Lord have mercy)😋
However , why mess up your progress and gains during a few short moments of weakness? The feeling of regret right after caving to my sweet tooth is the worst 😓
I’m not saying don’t snack. I certainly do. But make a concious effort to pick up the RIGHT type of snacks. If you are picking the right things 9/10, you are still consistently working towards your progress.
You also don’t feel as guilty when you treat yourself 😉
