I always feel uncomfortable posting pictures like this because I'm not entirely comfortable with my body nor am I trying to boast. I want to inspire! I know there are mothers out there who put their all into their children and end up neglecting themselves. I know there are people out there who are ashamed of the damage they did. I was that friend who would make plans to go out, get ready, look in the mirror before walking out the door and feel disgusted and defeated by my reflection. Then call and cancel plans. There is a chance for you! You can transform yourself! If I'm doing it, you can! I'm the most inconsistent personal I know! I haven't used a body wrap or taken any pills for a month! I stopped because I felt like I was cheating. I decided that using a body wrap should be more of a reward. Just my personal preference. I'm not knocking anyone who chooses to do otherwise. For my personal growth and goals I made the choice to alter things. These results are from better food choices, which includes #shakeology, and getting my sweat in 5-7 times a week.
