Feeling so incredible for my weekly weigh in. After 2 very rough weeks I took the time to re-evaluate my eating habits and decided to cut out or shift a few things and that has made a world of difference. I had an 8 pound loss this week and I am so excited. Monday weigh in everybody. Another disappointing week with a gain of 4 pounds. I’m not gonna lie there were tears and a few swear words, and I’m pretty sure the phrase “I can’t do this anymore” came out at least once. But all that aside as much as it hurts now in this moment, as much I want to stop trying so hard and give up, a few weeks of struggle and frustration now will only be a small blip on the journey in the long run. Sure I’m hurting and frustrated but that doesn’t mean I let myself quit.
