I got my computer second hand from my sister many years ago and it's now so old that it hasn't got the ability to update to the new windows 11

I have been on the fence about getting a new computer just because of how much ai is just integrated into the new computers that it's really putting me off. But I do want to be able to use a computer so I can design 3d things, play my little games and just enjoy frolicking around the Internet looking at cool stuff...
