HSR x FT [WIP]

it's July, which means it's back to my Fairy Tail phase!! With the Fate collab in HSR, it really got me thinking "what if it was Fairy Tail" so... (⁠ ⁠╹⁠▽⁠╹⁠ ⁠)

Dunno if I'll fully render these, but this was so fun to make! I'm already thinking of making one for Wendy, Erza, Gray, and my glorious king Sting 🫶

hate to do this, truly, but, have you used ai at all in your writing? because the em dashes and the dots are like, a total ai thing. dont want to accuse you but im weary rn

Oh joy. Two heart-shattering asks after another. I understand where you're coming from, I do. So, let me make something clear: I have been writing since the moment I had a thought. When AI came around during my junior year of high school, I was honestly terrified of what it would become for actual writers, artists, and everyone who could be affected by it. Accusing someone of using AI is in second place among the worst things someone could accuse a writer of. The first is actually using AI.

I have not. Will not. And will never, ever, use AI for anything.

I despise AI. And I will not apologize for that. I will NEVER endorse AI, nor will I support anything AI. It doesn't even matter if you can't write or draw something; go on Picrew. Read a book that inspires you. Commission someone if you have the money. But you are quite literally destroying the world.

General PSA—although I feel anyone who’s taken a literature class knows this—em dashes and ellipses are standard writing practice. Please stop using these two small details as evidence of anything. It’s the lowest hanging fruit and I will be buried with my em dashes—thank you

Dragon Age is the main reason I developed a love for games with choice! I didn't even know they existed until Dragon Age, lol! :D It was, and is, such a huge influence on my life!

I romanced:

DA:Origins: Alistair (my word it ended badly on my first run because I was still trying to come to terms with the fact my choices had consequences in a game, lol!)

DA:2: Fenris.

DA: I: Solas. (Yes, I am still totally heartbroken...it's fine...)

DA: Veilguard: Emmerich, followed close by Harding.

I think N and F would ADORE Dragon Age. The story and interaction would really be such a draw for them, even for N who usually dislikes stories in a technological form, lol.

A would just criticise the combat the entire time and how it wasn't accurate, lol.

You wouldn't even get M near it, hehe! Though it's possible they might sit and make 'uh huh' noises if a romanced-MC wanted to show them! :D

The fairy tail redraw event is open to all artists (whether you are traditional or digital) and editors!

The rules are simple:

Pick a prompt to redraw or edit (or 2, or all of em if you feel like it!)

You're free to interpret and change the drawing however you see fit! Wanna change some colours? Wanna tweak things here and there? Go ahead! Nothing's off the table! The prompts are here to inspire you!

When you're done, @ this blog in your post and use the tag #fairytailredraw for it to be reblogged here and that's it! All there is to it!

Also an important note: though the redraw prompts change every month there is no such thing as a late drawing! You could draw any prompt any time and it wouldn't matter.

So no pressure on being late!
