Y’know that one move every female assassin character does in action movies. The one where they wrap their legs around a man’s head and either break their neck or toss them to the ground. I believe Clint Barton aka Hawkeye can do that move and until. Proven wrong will be my canon
A coffee shop pop-up is happening for ‘AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY’ in London..👀☕
“Don Latveria Coffee… Richards was wrong.”
There is nothing as heartbreaking to me in this world as scrolling through the Clintasha tag and seeing everything tagged as platonic.
Yes, yes he would.
Fun Facts!
comic clint barton and me are basically the same person except i’m not deaf
What do you think is one of Clint's best qualities that fans often overlook?
well in an effort to choose things different to what i usually yammer about, i would say his piloting skills (he was essentially the designated pilot in the wca), but it seems like everyone is an expert quinjet pilot now, or his skills and expertise with cap's shield, which again,
but hey look how he works the outfit
they really should do a switcheroo for an issue in 616. i once wrote clint as a substitute cap trying to pass himself off as steve!cap bc steve couldn't make a parade appearance (and then villainous shenanigans ensue) but then my laptop basically exploded #rip
i also see my brain overwrote "qualities" with "skills." my bad. uhhhh his dedication to trying to cheer cap in insane ways?
(1) putting on a disguise which included a wig, fake goatee, and deep v-neck (ok this one is not unfamiliar to clint) to inspire steve into taking up a new identity (blame clint for nomad)
(2) jumping on cap's bed to annoy him out of depression
(3) putting on a disguise which included a wig, fake beard, and presumably other old age touches to force him to go to a surprise birthday party
(4) backflipping onto ice to help steve take out goons only to force steve to go christmas shopping with him, where he once again annoyed him
etc etc. does that count as a quality? would that be friendship? loyalty? dedication?
There’s a lot of talk about how Clint Barton is the most normal member of superhero teams, but even as just a human, he didn’t have access to a normal life, a family to protect him, or a place to call home
Nobody helped him or his brother without expecting nothing in return, Hence his self-imposed demands
Perhaps he overcame deafness on his own and acquired a talent until he became exceptional but; he is just another orphan who was never chosen.
No, actually ME. I chose HIM, in the same way that he chose to be compassionate and help others not to feel as alone as he came to feel… sobbing
It’s sad to see how the Hawkeye fandom itself is ruining Clint’s reputation.
Because of a certain comic book series that most people misunderstood or simply didn’t read—and all they know comes from TikTok videos—Clint’s characterization has taken a turn for the worse; now he’s just an incompetent, clumsy guy.
Many people already think Clint is a loser for not having superpowers, but instead of proving otherwise, the fandom has turned Clint into a “human disaster.” And it’s getting worse and worse—Hawkeye used to be an amazing person, but now when people talk about him, they only say things like he doesn’t even know how to write or tie his own shoelaces, and that he basically needs Kate to survive because he isn’t a functional adult.
When I see how badly these “fans” portray Clint, I don’t know anymore if they love him or hate him...

Oh. It says Clint.
Funny, How Clint became Ronin in the comics in a world without Steve Rogers and stopped being one when he returned, Clint literally said he owed everything to that boyscout…
while in the MCU Steve was there all the time and never cared what happened to the man who was always there for him when he needed him.
Ugh, it still bothers me more that they didn’t touch on any of that in their damn series.
Please start compiling with me moments where #theavengersweren’tClint’sfamily, bc I’m bored and I don’t think everyone deserves Clint as a friend.
Today, fck u SteveUcm
Just some random panel bc I’m piss
Oh, Fraction’s Hawkeye….they could never make me form a conclusive opinion about you.
Now that I really think about it, why the fuck was Clint in the vents?
Clint Barton & Barney Barton: merry christmas, please don't call.
