I love being the type of person in fandom who honestly just likes things, and it’s brought me so much joy in the Teen Wolf fandom

Stydia? Absolute fave. But Stalia? Initially hesitant, but after much much soul-searching I do like it now! (yay I can multi ship!)

Allison and Kira? why on earth would I have to dislike one of them??? i adore them (and Season 2 Allison? A manipulated child, she deserves forgiveness and grace)

Stiles? 10/10 character, incredible and my favorite besides Lyds, but Scott? also incredible, perfect to his very core

Hale family? Amazing. Incredible dynamic, Derek’s complexity while also continually being adorably grumpy- LOVE. Peter Hale? Favorite war criminal. Talia? obsessed with her two seconds of screen time. And don’t get me started on Cora and Derek’s relationship MY HEART

but also, Chris and Allison? ADORE. Father-daughter bond of all time.

Season 3? peak ofc. But the other seasons? also amazing!!

Sciles? DUH I’ve watched the show!!! Sterek? omgg yess I just read a fic of them for the first time and it was so adorable

mason and liam are arguing because liam started dating theo and mason absolutely does NOT support this decision.

meanwhile, theo and corey are just sitting in the background and sharing a bag of chips.

and then corey goes, “for the record, i agree with mason.”

and theo’s not even offended. because theo also agrees with mason.

theo: he’s got a point.

liam: WHOSE SIDE ARE YOU ON??

theo: mason’s.

because theo would never pretend mason’s concerns aren’t valid. he knows exactly why mason doesn’t trust him.

he was there.

he remembers.

he was the problem.

so, you get this absolutely ridiculous argument where liam is the only person defending theo.

not even theo is defending theo.

mason: theo literally tried to kill scott.

theo: that’s true.

liam: that was years ago! and even scott moved on from this.

mason: theo manipulated the pack and tried to break it apart.

theo: also true.

liam: PEOPLE CHANGE.

corey: theo committed several felonies too.

theo: very helpful corey, thanks.

theo: it’s also true, though.

liam: do you want me to break up with you??

theo: no, dear.

so, theo and corey go back to sitting there and eating chips.

the argument goes on for like another twenty minutes.

liam gets increasingly defensive.

mason gets increasingly exasperated.

theo and corey finish the chips.

and eventually corey just quietly says:

“you know they’re gonna get married one day, right?”

absolute silence.

mason: unfortunately yes.

theo: *chokes on a chip*

liam: *turns bright red*

and the funniest part is that mason’s not actually worried theo will hurt liam.

that’s not the real issue anymore.

the real issue is:

“liam, out of all the people in beacon hills, THIS is the one you picked?”

because from mason’s perspective, liam had options.

theo raeken was a conscious choice.

and that’s somehow even more concerning to him.

I almost always forget how unhinged and funny Scott is, because why would you ask your mom if she's ever taken drugs. Also, him saying "he can dance with me next time" when Kira asked about Liam. He's portrayed as this serious character who just wants to go to work and save the day, but no, he's a loser nerd who says the funniest things ever

i love to think about liam getting irrationally possessive about the passenger seat of theo's truck.

because somewhere along the way it became his seat.

that's where he sits when theo picks him up. that's where he steals his fries. that's where he falls asleep during late-night drives. that's where he puts his feet on the dashboard and gets yelled at for it.

so, one day somebody else gets into the passenger seat and liam immediately goes:

"....really?"

and everyone can hear the annoyance in his voice. it's obvious that he is two seconds away from growling.

the funniest part is that liam genuinely thinks he's being subtle.

he isn't.

because suddenly he's glaring at whoever's sitting there like they personally wronged him, while theo is trying not to laugh because he knows exactly what's happening.

and the thing is, liam probably doesn't even realize why he's upset at first. he just looks at the seat and his brain goes:

wrong.

incorrect.

illegal.

remove.

and of course theo becomes completely insufferable about it.

"hey liam, looks like somebody stole your seat. aren't you gonna fight for it?"

"theo."

"what?"

"don't."

but theo secretly loves it.

for years, theo was disposable. replaceable. useful when people needed him and ignored when they didn't.

and then there's liam, getting genuinely upset because someone else is sitting where he expects to be.

not because of the seat itself.

because that's their thing.

because that's where liam belongs when they're driving somewhere together.

theo would roll his eyes and call him ridiculous every single time.

and then make sure nobody else ever gets the passenger seat again.

Need a fic that’s like “your parents will kill me if we start seeing each other” but it’s thiam and Theo is trying so hard to be a good person so he tells Liam just that.

He’s all like “Stiles and Scott will actually murder me in cold blood if anything happens between us” so he’s resigned for them to be star crossed lovers who must be apart FOREVER.

But Liam is all like “no!! Why don’t you love me enough to fight my dads?!💔”

He’s not even scared of Scott and stiles , he just doesn’t want to run the risk of having to leave town or accidentally killing one of them and having Liam hate him.

Theo is really stuck between a rock & a hard place here.

feel like derek/jordan friendship is an underrated dynamic in fandom. most pathologically normal guy in existence finds out that he's actually an eternal creature of the underworld who can pass through planes of reality. most pathetic wet tortured man who ever lived finds out he can just be a dude with a working kitchen.

theo would make liam promise that if he ever died he'd burn theo's body so that no one could experiment on him again (or try to bring him back)

Scott does crazy things for everyone in the pack but his intensity about Liam just gets to me. Scott is a peaceful person and has iron self-control but for Liam it snaps immediately. He goes from 0 to 100 the second Liam is in danger. Garrett, one of the few villains to accurately assess just how big a threat Scott is, knows that the way to get at Scott is through his beta, and it works devastatingly. Scott is instantly ready to attack the police and the FBI to free a psychotic killer if it means saving Liam. He breaks out of the berserker’s mask, breaking the laws of like supernatural physics, the second Liam asks him to!!! And then he’s exhausted in the fight with Peter after, but the second Peter touches Liam, Scott’s like haha ok ✨time to do violence✨ and practically goes berserk again. In season 5, he goes so insane at the thought of Liam in danger (and Hayden <3) that he does the worst thing he’s like ever done, just for the chance that it will save Liam, and then one of the hardest things for him to do that season is tell Liam no and risk breaking Liam’s faith in him. He’s not just ready to die for Liam, by the end he’s ready to let Liam kill him. His deepest nightmare is hurting Liam, and I think that dreamscape sequence is also about just the intensity of his feelings for Liam, how they’re so intense that they could make a monster out of him. He loves that kid so much it scares him!!
