Discernment
I realised a while back that we live in a crazy world that is hard to comprehend and even today it seems to be getting crazier.
I feel I’ve been deceived many times, trusting too much that relationships I had with various people had my best interests at heart without realising that this trusting without really discerning can be a dangerous thing.
Since realising how much I haven’t been in my power, still treating myself as small and putting other people on a pedestal. Allowing myself to believe for so long that I was not as good as the people around me. Starting as a mother issue, you could even say taking on my mothers issues.
Always being small has affected my life in so many ways, I’ve been scared of responsibility, I’ve never really progressed to a management position, because I’ve always been told what to do and I’m beginning to feel more uncomfortable with this than ever before, I’ve been criticised more than supported or encouraged. When I’ve been in control I’ve had amazing experiences but when I listen to this criticism and control of these authority figures - I’ve done myself a disservice.
I made the mistake of listening to other peoples doubt and taking it on, doubting myself when I know I’m perfectly capable. I have been too trusting of my mother, teacher, lovers thinking they must have my best interests at heart, when really always being discerning is a far better approach if I wish to live the life I truly love, with no regrets.
Yes it is true we are all human and our we all have room to grow and learn, We can definitely learn from each other but be careful not to give yourself away, find your center, find what truly makes your heart sing and be your own best friend. Trust yourself you know what feels expansive and what feels dependent.

Soul surf - As we evolve it's becoming more and more important to cleanse our auras. Immersing yourself in the ocean can help to remove minor psychic debris from your aura and the sunlight can help to energise your body and raise your vibration so lower vibrational energies cannot attach.

Creativity is the way I share my soul with the world - Brene Brown
The transparency of the working process, too, could inspire potential collaborations that would not have necessarily been obvious when encountering more refined works, or if we remain behind the (literally and metaphorically) closed doors of our home 'studios'.

Lady birds or lady bugs have been appearing in wierd and wonderful times even flying onto me in the ocean 😍 I believe to remind me of my joyful child like spirit that can help people to flow into abundance. 🐞

I am not my thoughts, emotions, sense perceptions, and experiences. I am not the content of my life. I am Life. I am the space in which all things happen. I am consciousness. I am the Now. I Am.

Awakening brings plenty of new experiences and it’s not like studying a book, it’s different for everyone but I find the interwebs a fantastic place to find answers. In such a time of rapid growth, I find warmth in knowing everyone else is on their own journey and it’s our differences that help. After listening to Brene Brown’s book Navigating the wilderness she brought to light some great advice; in times of self-doubt when facing big obstacles, it’s better to listen to people who have taken big risks and doubted their doubt to overcome obstacles than the criticism of people who haven’t been so brave. I love Brene Brown for this reason.
