i think the thing that stuck with me the most out of all the things my therapist ever told me was this: "you will need someone, maybe a lot of people, in life, to surround you and provide you with the comfort and love you seek. it's in your nature to want to be loved. it's in all our natures. don't be ashamed to seek them out." which is truly heartfelt and poetic and fucking contrasts so much against the time he yelled "bah!" and yeeted a lego at the ceiling of his office because i told him i wanted unexpected things to happen in my life

At lunchtime I bought a huge orange—

The size of it made us all laugh.

I peeled it and shared it with Robert and Dave—
