We have been on a journey to get a diagnosis of DID for about three years, and we have ADHD diagnosed. In terms of physical aspects, we have chronic pain, and this stems from scoliosis fixed surgically. All of this may be present in our posts.

Two lines that made me like the ending instead of being incredibly sad were:

(SPOILERS, EVEN THO ITS VAGUE)

"To the world" from season 1, because it was for humanity from the beginning, they both knew they were gonna sacrifice themselves for humanity at the end.

Secondly, while Satan and God were speaking, The Devil said, "let's not do it and say we did" (or something like that I don't remember well I was screaming like a fanboy), and I assume that's the most obvious clue that God would never actually create a godless universe, but she did deliver on one thing, no heaven, no hell, at least no like the ones we knew

It's...well I can't say I was super surprised, considering many feared a human ending...but it has been difficult seeing such single-minded disappointment and anger

Good omens has been fun because it's been so open ended: all of human history and beyond is the playground. Finding a "finale" to that is just statistically bound to disappoint many.

Example: Some really care about on-screen queer representation (a kiss), some really love the ineffable husbands for showing a type of love that doesn't focus on physical affection that much. You can't fault either party for being disappointed, but you can't please both.

For me, fandom is there to fill the vacant spots left by canon. Sure, S3 and the reconciliation felt threadbare. I'm here to exist in the nooks in-between.

I just watched GO 3 and to be controvertial, I didn't need a kiss, that wasn't the point THEY HELD HANDS AND THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL but these two where never encapsulated to human love, to kisses to hugs, they always had words, time, and proximity as their love language and that "kiss" at the end was cute.

Was it the best ending? No. Was it kinda fanficky? Yes. But it was fun!

The silliest thing I find about this whole "they only got 30 years together in the end with no memories of their shared history so what was the point" is that EVERYONE THINKS THEY ONLY MET EACH OTHER IN THIS ONE SINGULAR LIFETIME REALITY instead of my immediate thought that as its architects, Aziraphale and Crowley were wound so deep into the fabric of the new universe that there is a version of them finding each other and falling in love every single generation for billions and billions of years??????

A Roman version and a French Revolution version and a WWII version and ON AND ON AND ON AND ON AND---

For goodness sake the song that plays over this version of them finding and falling in love is "Time After Time"! THE IMPLICATION IS THAT THEY WILL ALWAYS FIND EACH OTHER!!!!!! ***ALWAYS*** IN EVERY LIFETIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

after MONTHS I'm finally catching up with Sherlock & Co and I'm listeting to The missing three-quarter Part Three

currently having a small crisis because P-DID really fits the feeling of being front stuck as a host right now (it's been 4 months, I'm loosing hope at this point)

but my amneasia (full on black outs) has been a worrying theme for the people around since forever, including changes in attitude that have been picked up by my closer friends that I don't remember

so, not changing from DID to P-DID just ignoring being front stuck for so long and hoping I stop feeling lonely in front

ADHD + DID is having an adhd diagnosis but not remembering being diagnosed because of amneasia and wanting to get both diagnosis but being afraid of sounding weird by saying:

"I don't remember being told I have ADHD can you like reafirm that thanks"

unfortunately we cannot fully relate as uh. we remember that much but that sounds like a difficult time

Asking for affirmation isnt a bad thing, but we getbthe anxiety. We hope you guys get your diagnoses soon!

love looking at people complaining about "anti endo" simply plural alternatives. you're telling me that an accessibility tool for people with a severe, debilitating mental illness is going to be centered around people with that disability?????? HOLY SHIT no way

so...Simply Plural is on it's way to extinction by june

and although I don't have a particular problem switching to Octocon, although very problematic, still an option in the forseable feature if we really need it (I've seen pro endos complain more about it being "sysmed" than about the server controversy they had)

I've decided that I will take this as a sign to stop tracking system stuff

Simply because it doesn't work for us.

It causes more identity confusion, and it makes us stop enjoying ourselves to track who is enjoying life in that moment

and lastly, because the system's been almost completely dormant the last month, and dealing with denial again has made it even harder to use a tracking app

so, after using simply plural for more than 2 years, we say goodbye

(we will still save a token just in case and use a journal to keep information about alters)

hello lovely people, I am in fact ALIVE AND WELL, AND HAPPY NEW YEAR OMG

right now, I'm enjoying summer vacations (I live in the southern hemisphere, so it's reversed here)

I've tried to keep diggin into my repressed memories without hurting myself and have settled on just taking notes of the different things that still make me believe I have DID

I will turn 19 soon, so I think it's finally time to search for a therapist for adults instead of relying on my old therapist

life in university has been a joy

maybe I'll be more active in february
