3 cups oats
½ cup chopped dried figs
½ cup chopped dried apricots
½ cup sunflower seeds
1 cup raw almonds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
80g coconut oil
½ cup date palm syrup
Combine dried fruits, nuts and seeds in a large bowl.
Combine coconut oil and date palm syrup in a saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir for 5 minutes Pour over oat mixture and stir to combine. Press evenly among the prepared pans. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Healthy snack + functional for increasing bowel movements:)..
