Dean stood and stared at this woman who claimed to beĀ āBabyā for several seconds, observing her through narrowed eyebrows, curious to see what sheād do to try to convince him she was ACTUALLY his baby. It would be kind of cool to have a companion in her, he definitely wasnāt someone that made friends easily and sheād understand him more than anyone else. He couldnāt help but smile softly when she mentioned the songs, closing his eyes and starting to sing the lyrics toĀ āRiverside Bluesā before snapping himself out of it. He had to focus because he was not ready to accept this to be Baby, he crossed his arms over his chest and narrowed his eyes in a disapproving expression, only to soften when she saw the initials, the memory taking him back to the day him and Sam carved them into the back seat where they still remained to this day, those same initials now in the table at the bunker back home whether or not they will ever see it again, they will still be there. He eyed the initials curiously, running his hands over them softly with his fingers,Ā āBaby ā¦ā he whispered, part of him feeling absolutely crazy to start to believe her, he shook his head again as if to snap himself out of it, finding it hard not to laugh at the dog chasing tail attempt, grabbing at her arms to attempt to stop her,Ā āthatās enough, relax,ā he told her,Ā āIāll do it,ā moving to stand in front of her back he lifted the shirt just enough to make out a devilās trap before dropping it back down. This had to be some kind of joke and it was a joke he didnāt find too funny as he slowly stepped away, rubbing at his eyes and shaking his head at the mention of confirming where he was conceived making a face,Ā āI think Iāll pass on that, thanks,ā of all the things, Baby was definitely creative and whomever this was had taken all of the little details into consideration but he was going to need more convincing,Ā āyouāve really done your homework, havenāt you? Marking yourself up like this for the sake of a practical joke? Itās borderline creepy. Of ALL the things why the hell ā? he asked aloud frustrated balling his hands into fists before letting go. She was offering herself the chance to prove herself to him, something he was willing to take her up on as he paced the ground in front of her, trying to think of that perfect question, there wasnāt a lot only she would know that SamĀ wouldnāt know too but there was a lot in his life that wasnāt in any of thoseĀ āSupernaturalā books that are significant.Ā āOkay, Baby,ā the name spitting off of his tongue sarcastically,Ā āname an artist I listen to when no one else is looking?ā He smirked to himself, confident sheĀ wouldnāt get this one if she was really pretending.
Baby couldnāt help the pout that appeared on her features, shrinking backwards at his insults.Ā A feeling she wasnāt used too, a darkened hand touching her chest where she figured her heart must be to make sure it was still beating, cause as of right now.Ā She thought it was breaking, if that was even possible she wasnāt sure.Ā Ā āI am not Becky Rossen Crazy.ā She sighed, She couldnāt say that what he said wasnāt possible, because she was certain Becky would have done it at some point.Ā She took a deep breathe as he gave her a chance,Ā āWhen Sam fell into the cage, and you moved in with Ben and Lisa, youāll never admit it but you would go into the car and youād listen to some of Samās music that he kept in my backseat.Ā You wore out his copy of Fall Out Boy, and then proceeded to lie about it and say you gave it to Ben when he questioned you about it.Ā So you wouldnāt have to buy him another one, and admit you were actually listening to his shit.ā Baby explained trying to pick a moment from her memory that stuck out the most, but the problem of being a former car.Ā She couldnāt read, and therefore, she never read the supernatural books.Ā Ā āDoes that help?ā
