Of Shirts and Thread

Una held the shirt up one more time to inspect it.  She wasn't used to sewing for shemlen or shem-sized spirits so she hoped she didn't make it too large, but too large was an easier mistake to fix than too small.  The deep green shirt was made from a Dalish weave, a fabric designed to be light but warm and sturdy but comfortable.  Her Keeper wouldn't have been too thrilled that Una was doting on a stray spirit but Cole had come to help and it was Una's intention to let him do just that.

As long as he was here, she felt the need to help make sure he was comfortable and treated well and this was part of that.  While Una was hardly concerned with fashion the way Vivienne and Leliana were she was worried the rags Cole wore were far from comfortable.   They weren't conjured, after all.  They were real and he deserved decent clothing.

Satisfied with her handy work, Una folded the shirt over her arm and went to find Cole in the tavern.  Instead of going in through the ground floor and having to weave through the crowd and deal with the thick smells and loud noises, Una went through the entrance on the battlements that went directly to the Tavern's loft.

"Cole, lethallin, I have something for you," Una called out.
