I don’t recall quietly the exact year, but it has to be around 2021-2022 that I really started to take shifting seriously.
I shifted partially, but I was awake.
It was one of those shifts where your five senses are perceiving something else, yet you can still feel your body in your CR. In my case, it was to twst and my nose was inflamed because I scripted I would smell lavender upon arrival—as I have a strong, sensitive nose.

Non Dualism Basics + Manifestation (for people who want to be freed from limitations)

Non-dualism is the recognition that there is no separation between you and reality, awareness and experience. There is only awareness, appearing as all phenomena: thoughts, sensations, perceptions, what is called the external world.
The person you believe you are is not a fixed identity, it is merely a pattern of thoughts and memories experienced by awareness.
In non dualism, your true nature is consciousness or awareness. Everyone's true essence is consciousness, and it makes up everything you see: the ego, the physical world, the imagination, everything. This all exists because consciousness let it exist, meaning you, as the creator, expect it and allow it to be.
There is no authority higher than awareness, yet awareness is not a being. It is not human, not otherworldly, not a force, not a person. It is everything and it is nothing. The “power” to shift, change, select is not owned, but it is simply the fact of identification. Whatever awareness identifies with, it materializes. Whatever is taken to be “I,” becomes experienced in the external.
You are simply awareness identifying/living as a human, which means you aware of a ego. An ego is simply the human you are aware of: their visual field, 5 senses, thoughts, emotions, feelings, all of it!
The ego is not an entity, it is the illusion of being a person, the thought “I am this.” It is simply a cluster of sensory data and thought appearing in the field. The sense of “my senses,” “my thoughts,” “my experience,” arises only through misidentification. Drop that, and what remains is pure being: awareness itself.
You’re not a human trying to reach awareness, you are awareness appearing as a human. The only limitation is believing you are the ego: the thoughts, the personality, the sense of being a separate self in a physical world. That belief filters your experience to match it.
The ego isn’t the one manifesting anything. It’s just the appearance of a character in the dream (the physical). What’s actually manifesting the dream is awareness itself. The moment something is fully accepted as true, it appears. Not because a person made it happen, but because identification shifted.
Everything is consciousness. Imagination and "real life/3d" are not different from each other, they are the same appearance, made of the same thing. When awareness identifies as the ego, the ego’s world plays out. When that identity drops, the experience shifts.
You don't become awareness, you just realize you never were anything else. Theres nothing to fix, nothing to get, because as awareness, you have everything already, you just need to decide/select it and it is done. There is no desiring when you already have it. You just refuse the old and accept the new.
Selection is not a doing, it’s simply no longer denying what is already true.
Ok but get to the burning question, how do I "manifest" something?
You don’t. Not really, but hear me out.
You dont "manifest" as a person. What’s called “manifestation” is just awareness identifying with a new version of reality.
Because all possibilities already exist in awareness, nothing needs to be created. You’re not making something happen, you’re dropping the identity that says it is not already so.
What you are being = what you are claiming as “I am.”
Not what you say.
Not what you visualize.
Not what you feel.
Only what you be.
There is no gap between desirer and desired, as both arise within awareness. The “thing” and the “one who wants it” are the same illusion.
Drop the self who wants the thing →
The thing appears because there is no one left to need it.
You can’t lack anything if you are the source of all of it. Lack only appears when you think you’re a separate self (ego) who has to get. If that identity isn’t claimed, neither is the feeling of want or desire or need.
From non-duality, there’s no “manifesting” something outside of you, because nothing is outside. There’s just awareness appearing as whatever is identified with. That’s it.
It’s not about making it happen. It’s about not identifying as the one who lacks.
So:
Drop the story of “I want it.” Ignore the ego, do not claim its thoughts or feelings or external world as yours.
Be the version where it’s normal, obvious, already here. Decide what it is the ego "wants" and claim it to be true now. Identify as the ego (person) who has it, rather than the ego who doesn't. As awareness, both those identities hold equal weight, so pick the one that suits you best.
Don’t wait for it. There’s no waiting in being. If you’re waiting, you’re still wanting.
That’s literally it. "Manifestation" is not doing. It’s being.
But how do I become a new identity???
Identity is not built. It’s selected. You don’t need to feel like it nor think like it. You only need to know: This is who I am now. And you refuse to claim anything else.
Think about it like choosing clothes, you dont need to "become" a new outfit. you put it on. done. no waiting, no steps, no convincing.
You are awareness, you can be anything and have anything. So select it and in that moment, it is DONE, it is now your truth. Stand firm in that decision and ignore anything against it.
Wait Evangeline...but what about thoughts or affirmations??? Arent they what manifests???
If you are coming from a loa perspective, this might be what you are thinking.
Well its not the thought or affirmation themselves, it is the stance behind it. They don't create reality, the identification does.
If you identify as the version who has it, the experience reflects that. If you identify as someone trying to get it, then trying is what shows up.
Think of it like this:
When you open a door, you don’t have to affirm “I open the door” over and over. You just open it, because you know you can. You already identify as someone who opens doors. It’s natural.
Affirmations can help if they express what’s already true for you. But if you’re using them to convince yourself, then you’re still not being it, you’re still trying. I find that affirmations are often not necessary, as if you know you are something, you don't need convincing. The only thing that needs convincing is the old ego, but you aren't that anymore so ignore it.
Like, if you have a car, you don’t affirm it 10k times daily to keep it. You just know it’s yours. You are the version who has a car. That’s the only reason it's there.
Same with anything else. You have it when you're not trying to get it. You are it when there’s nothing left to prove.
Doubts from the ego don’t matter. Ego doesn’t choose. Ego has no part in what is identified with, nor what is "manifested." Awareness does. The one watching the doubt (awareness) isn’t doubting. Ignore the ego, don't claim its thoughts and doubts as you. It is not the real you, you are the observer.
Now for the big guy in question... the 3d:
The "3d" is not real in itself, it is simply a mirror of identity. The external world is not separate from you. It is a reflection of identity, projected through awareness. It appears “outside,” but it is arising within consciousness, just like imagination. The 3d does not exist independent of awareness.
You don't change it by pushing on it or screaming at it, you change it by dropping identification with what it reflects.
The "3d" is not a cause, not a source, and definitely not a judge. It is a reflection of what's being identified with (not what's being thought, affirmed, or forced by the ego).
There is no need to worry about the external because:
It is you projected as form, it is not separate from you
The "3d" is not the source, it has no authority to determine what is real. You do.
It has no power, so it cant show anything that isn't being projected by you as the creator.
It always has to mirror who you are being, it has no choice
No need to worry. The 3D follows you. Always. Because it is you.
If it’s showing something unwanted, it’s because identity hasn’t shifted yet. That’s all. But do not get caught up in this, as time is not real to infinite awareness. Choose to stop observing the "3d" of the old ego, choose to stop giving it attention, and it will cease to exist.
If you get doubts from the ego, ignore them, remind yourself that it is "not me" and "not mine." You are the observer, the one who has everything, so don't pay attention to the ego with lack. It is not you anymore.
Be indifferent to the old ego's "3d," be indifferent to its lack. If you see it still, just observe, and know it is not yours.
Do not think this means you have to abandon the old ego's life if you still "see" it. You can still do things in the old 3d without identifying with it or claiming it. Simply know it is no longer you.
How to know you are the new identity:
You no longer ask "Am I doing it right." You no long chase proof and you no longer entertain the old storyline. You stand in: "This is what I am. Nothing else matters.”
It is not about effort, it is simply refusal + knowing + indifference to all else.
THINGS I AM EXCITED TO DO IN MY DR (waiting room #1 edition)
so for context, in my main waiting room, i live in a big barbie-coded mansion with my other shifter friends (who all permashifted from other crs) and we live in a world where shifting is normal. there r things like shifting podcasts, shifting towns, people doing livestreams where they do shifting storytimes, etc, as well as just alot of cute places to explore when bored. everyone here is immortal and basically permashifted here :)) also in this dr, the shifting community gives the same vibes off 2019-2021 (idk how to describe it, but my waiting room feels like its permanently frozen in these typa vibes)

So this isn't the shifting story-time we have all been waiting for form me. (ihnmaims DR, like we all want to hear about that. But this isn't that.)
So I woken up today and my dog was bothering me. So I was just decided to shift. I wasn't trying to shift to any DR, just shift.
And I had a few dreams. (I think I had them in this parallel.) One about Tumblr? Kinda Tumblr. Like an Instagram Tumblr hybrid thing. And I have a dream about crk. (But this crk was a very different kind of rpg game.)
When I woke up the room was much brighter than here, my TV was on, and my bed was turned differently.
I got up and walked down the hall and looked in the office. I saw two paintings, but not the two I had been working on in this reality. And it hit me that I had shifted and that this was a different reality.
I walked into the dining room and saw my dad. He looked a little different. He was thinner, stern looking, and he was on his way to work. (My dad works at night in this reality but not in that one.)
And my dog was in the dining room. (The dog that has recently passed in this reality.)
I didn't cry.
I just knelt down at held her face and kissed her forehead.
My dad said to take her because he was going to work. So I took her to my room and laid on my bed with her. We cuddled up, I said goodbye, and I shifted back here.
Random things I remember.
It was August 2014.
It was very bright in general. The windows, TV, etc.
My dad reminded me a lot of my dad in my DRs and not so much my dad in my CR.
I was inspired by a few posts I had seen over the years about people shifting with their eyes open/by blinking. So I decided to make a subliminal with this concept.
I made it using very extreme language. "Reality melting, breaking and bending right before my eyes." Or "I shift so fast it scares me." Guess what? It did scare me. So be careful what you wish for.
I edited a video along with it to kind of show myself the process of shifting with every blink because I can't visualise or see things in my head at all. I'm a beginner at editing so the first one ended up looking kind of bad. I decided to try again the next day.
I ended up re-hashing the subliminal as well and adding more affirmations. Then, as I was editing the newer version of the video, I took a break and shifted. I wasn't even wearing headphones while editing so the fact that it still worked is kind of crazy to me.
I actually didn't think it would work so fast and so... crazily? I was talking to my mom while eating dinner and I blinked and I was in a whole different place, I panicked SO HARD and came back the next blink. I was back in front of my mom and she saw my mouth wide open in shock and asked what was wrong.
I think I shifted to my Frieren Reality. I haven't even tried to shift there before. I saw a column in front of me and the sun shining behind it. I was in my Palace since I am an Empress in that DR.
It felt and looked more real than this reality. Probably because I have perfect vision there which I don't have here, even my glasses (which I always neglect to wear) don't make my vision as clear as it was there.
I used to think that it would be so cool to shift extremely fast but boy was I scared when it actually happened. It's actually so jarring. I'm still shaking and my heart is beating so fast even an hour afterwards.

hey Ladies & Gentlemen. Today im presenting to uou; how to induce sleep paralysis 100% foolproof method (sounds just like a telecommerical lmao) from a certified insomniac. (im awake for so long that i legit started to see furnitures moving) This actually wanted by an anon from my ask but to the guy/girl who sent me that..uh..i accidentally deleted your ask but donr you worry, youre looking at what youve asked for! So yeah long story short, these are foolproof CAUSE youre actually using your BIOCHEMISTRY as a pretty little human being and learn why these work. Let me introduce you to a few new terms, if youre unfamiliar with sleep cycles, sleep hormones, and othe biologic mechanisms. ive done my search well, as always. 😩😮💨😽🫦
First of all, theres something called a ''REM debt''. So you might ask me, ''Helene, tf is a rem?'' well, it stands for ''Rapid Eye Movement.'' Aka, a stage of sleep. It's the stage of sleep where ur eyes move rapidly, even when closed, and the brain is most active. You experience almost all of ur dreams during this stage. The brain processes, organizes, and stores info you learnt during the day in this phase. Etc etc. so for short, its what we call a regular sleep where you see ur dreams. Alright lets move onto the Rem debt again, its simple. Means you should get at least 2-3 hours of night sleep. Without WBTB, triggering this requires sliiiightly disrupting the brain and body's biochemical balance, particularly the melatonin and cortisol cycle. cuz u have to release these hormones.
Actually yeah, u can trigger this night time aka the first REM (not deep sleep, the actual dreaming phase) and it has a few ways. Firs lay down on a starfish (supine) position, and if u ask me why is ts position particularly? Pretty scientific. When u lie on your back, ur tongue is more likely to fall back, which can slightly hinder breathing. Your big beautiful brain perceives this slight shortness of breath as a "threat" and tries to wake you up suddenly. However, cuz ur body is in deep REM sleep, ur muscles remain locked, and you suddenly wake up in sleep paralysis. Et voilà. Also..the position might not be enough so..u should consider disrupting ur ''Circadian Rhythm'' and provide excessive fatigue.
The thing that leaves ur brain most helpless is the clash between ur excessively tired body and your overactive mind. Ruin your sleep schedule (worth it), sleeping very little during the week,, sleeping until noon on weekends, or constantly changing sleep schedules, etc etc, disrupts your circadian rhythm (aka what we call our biological clock). AND, when your bodys physically exhausted, ur brain may want to jump directly to the deepest stages or directly to REM the moment you lie down in bed (aka, ''REM rebound effect''). If your mind dosent completely shut down while the body locks up quickly, you may experience (hypnagogique) paralysis at the moment of falling asleep. These help you induce natural sleep paralysis 100%!!!!!
Aaaand the popular WILD technique yall probably heard of before. Ts is actually the first stage of the WILD (wake initiated lucid dream) technique, used to directly transition into lucid dreaming. The goal is to observe ur body falling asleep without ever losing consciousness. such a challange rigth? Lie on ur back, it's basically just keeping your body completely still while waiting for sleep to come. Focus on the shapes behind your eyelids or keep a steady rhythm in your mind (or count your breaths omg idk it works). Before falling asleep, ur body performs a "heyyy dude, are we awake?" test. Your nose may itch, you may feel the urge to swallow, or you may feel the urge to change position. You must completelyyyyy ignore all these urges and not move at all. If you do it, your body will fall asleep and lock the muscles, but your consciousness will remain awake. (GOLD STATEEEE)
i actually recommend staying up until the morning cuz like i said..YOUR REM DEBT!! you actually NEED that REM debt, but tyr not to go completely zombie. (i feel like a zomb rn) If u lack too much of sleep, your brain might force you into deep non REM sleep first to heal ur body, which we DONT want. We want that sweet lil REM Rebound state right away! (where lucid dreams and most of my shifting experiences happenned naturally) Your bodys biological clock releases melatonin in the evenings and cortisol (the wakey wakeyyyy / stress hormone) in the early mornings. The moments when these two hormones overlap are the most fertile ground for sleep paralysis.
tHATS EXACTLY WHY daytime naps could be IT! Its much easier to trigger sleep paralysis during a 30-45min nap in the afternoon (between like.. 2 to 4pm) or late afternoon, rather than at night. Cuz again, during the day, your cortisol and alertness levels are already high (its easy for the mind to stay awake), but ur body, exhausted from lack of sleep, quickly switches to sleep mode. While the mind says, "dawg i need to stay hormonally awake during the day," the body says, "no im leaving," and sleep paralysis occurs.
now, lastly. Its also a clever but a tad risky (guarantee sleep paralysis) ''method'': There are certain foods and habits that directly affect ur body chemistry and sharpen REM sleep....hell yeah..Heavy and carbohydrate /tryptophhan rich dinners. Eating something heavy, carbohydrate rich, or containing tryptophan (like bananas, dairy, turkey etc etc) 1,5-2hrs before bed creates a sudden sleep pressure. This quickly pulls your body down, making it difficult for the brain to truly fall into a deep and peaceful sleep because the digestive system is working. (evil laugh) Caffeine timing is also essential, folks, consuming it apprx 1,5-2hrs before bedtime makes it ''not fully eliminated from the body'' when u go to bed. Youre caught on that fine line between caffeine trying to keep ur mind awake and blocking adenosine receptors, and physical fatigue taking over and locking up your body.

Almost ALL of my experiences came from meditation habits and the way I could calm my brain (during meditative state). Just not even an hour ago (it's nighttime for me after midnight rn) I was listening to a shifting subliminal, and I was slightly drowsy, supine position, and I saw a verrryyy brief dream. And I woke up like 5 minutes after and I was in sleep paralysis..

Hey so I read your first shift post. How did you shift? (I mean your first shift) and now how are you shifting so much what is the secret? (When ppl can't even shift even once in so many years) do you have a method or do you just use loa? It would be nice if you told us!
my very first successful shift happened when i decided to.
i set the intention, went to sleep, and knew i would wake up in my dr. and if the 3d showed me anything else, then i simply knew that wasn’t mine.
the shift itself didn’t feel like a process, it felt like a decision that was already complete the moment i made it. and that’s what really changed everything for me.
because the moment you decide you’re there, you are there. not later. not after effort. not after proof. but in the exact moment of decision itself.
everything else after that is just unfolding awareness.
as for a “secret”… there isn’t one.
the biggest change for me was realising that shifting is an innate ability. there isn’t a “right way” to do it because it’s something we’re already doing constantly.
so the “secret” is letting go of the idea that there even is a secret.
it’s not about finding the perfect method or technique. it’s not about doing more. it’s about realising that nothing outside of you is going to make it happen.
there is nothing i can say or give you that will make you shift, because that power has always been yours.
and failure doesn’t exist in this either.
failure only exists if you define an experience as failure. but if everything is just experience happening through awareness, then nothing can actually go wrong.
you don’t get sent back. you don’t get denied. you don’t lose access.
you simply experience, and then interpret, and then continue.
and that interpretation is the only place “failure” can ever exist, which means it’s optional.
you are not trying to force your way into a reality.
you are awareness itself, moving through different points of experience.
pure awareness doesn’t travel, it doesn’t struggle, it doesn’t try.
it simply is.
so when you say “i am there,” you’re not creating something new, you’re recognising what’s already true in that moment of awareness.
my method now is still the same. i set the intention at night and wake up in my dr.
and i know it can feel frustrating to hear this, especially when you’ve been trying for so long.
i was there too. i spent 5 years thinking there was something to unlock, something to fix, something to earn.
when in reality, it was always just me misunderstanding myself.
so if there’s anything to take away from this, it’s this: you are not getting there. you already shifted the moment you decided to.

okay so, 5 days ago i remembered that she knows about lucid dreaming and that it happens to her every night, so i decided to ask her about it so i can soft launch shifting to her.. (she believed me quickly when i told her about shifting, she is a believer so its nothing new HAJSHAHA)
OKAY FAST FORWARD TO HER SHIFTING LAST NIGHT, she messaged me that SHE FINALLY SHIFTED, she shifted to a medieval era but gothic.. at first she thought that she was just dreaming, well she is in fact just dreaming at that time and she saw a man and a woman (they are boyf and girlf) and my cousin just imagined the man was HER and just had the intention to switch their bodies.. AND GUESS WHAT, SHE DID IT SUCCESSFULLY 😭😭
