the concept of stalker!tim is so overused, but its so delicious and the fact that its CANON as well. he stalks his family and as well friends to keep them safe. because of that single fact, it doesn’t matter what au you are in. wether you’re rivals, colleagues, family, enemy, the barista he met at a cafe, the cute librarian, you might be someone he admires like batman—he’s stalking you either way.
maybe it starts off as something simple, it always does. wether platonically or not, he’d stalk you. for instance, you’re one of his villains. at first, he’s “investigating” you, to find out if you’re a risk to Gotham or not. sooner or later though, he finds out about your secret identity, your favourite things, your apartment—the shampoo brand you like to wear.
if you’re not really a threat—more like an anti-hero or maybe just a villain that’s reformed, he’s not gonna delude himself into anything. he knows he’s stalking you for his own benefit, he’s not an idiot. but he can’t seem to stop.
on the other hand, if you’re more of an evil villain without the concept of mercy. he would be more likely call his stalking more of like “taking precautionary steps”. yeah, that includes photos of you in the shower. he also is more intense compared to if you were an antihero, you’re more likely to get kidnapped earlier on so he can keep Gotham safe while also keeping the love of his life with him. don’t worry, he’ll reform you.
speaking of photos, he has no limits of what he’ll do with them. his second favourite thing to do with you after you’ve been kidnapped is to show you the album of the pictures he’s gathered, he’s soooo gross about it too. he can tell you how many times he’s cummed to each photo, and it’s all an exact number with double digits. makes you really wonder who’s really the villain and hero here.

and the scariest thing is that if you’re naive or even if you’re as smart as batman, you still won’t notice him stalk you. initially, batman doesn’t either. so how can you? it’ll just be slowly, slowly stewing up inside of it until he can’t handle being without you (he definitely has that fear esp if you’ve seen him with conner). at some point, he gets tired of hiding it. but you really would have no idea that he was stalking you until at that point.
