Learn to say no to things that don't feed your purpose.

Whether it's your deen or your goals.

You were made for beautiful things and being lazy about it, will not get you any close to it.

NAFS- soul of a believer

As Ramadan has come to an end, just a reminder. During fasting, we learn to control our nafs and are steadfast. We must do the same in our daily life as well. It is very beautifully said, "Live your life like Ramadan and death will come upon you like Eid"

Allah mentions in the quran in surah Naziyat in para 30

Two things are required to make someone deserve Jannah

The fear of Allah SWT- the fear that he is all knowing, all present and ever merciful. Knowing that nothing can happen except for what is decreed by him and to him we all belong and must return.

Preventing the soul from disobeying Allah, a sheikh pointed out a beautiful analogy in the explanation of this. "Imagine there are kids in the house, and they start playing in the dining-room, the mothers start shouting and tell them "If you want to play, go the ground" Like that this dunya was never meant for us to disobey Allah, we are all here for a test and we return to our creator once the test is done. The best of the nafs is nafs-ul-mutmainnah, and in the Quran, Allah SWT mentions

Allah never hates you.

Just a thought that run in my head.

No matter how much of bad you've done, Allah never stops you from doing good.

You can always choose to come back, you can walk to the masjid and not be stopped cause of your sins, you can choose to do charity and not be stopped cause of your sins. What a beautiful accommodation from the creator, he always keeps his doors open.

Think of it this way,

Imagine you own a shop and a worker at your shop steals the clothes and makes profits from them. Would you still let him work at your shop.

We use everything in this dunya for our well-being and still hurt The Ghafoor by not obeying him.

But he forgives forgives forgives forgives.

Mufti Menk very beautifully puts it,

"People judge you for your mistakes, but Allah judges you on your repentance"

Turn back while there's still time.

I submit to what You know will happen.’

I have not met anyone who does this with every ounce of their being except that they feel lighter, encompassed by His Mercy and discover a newly found strength.

No matter how life treats you always be grateful to your Lord and say Alhamdulillah !

We all have something in our life to be thankful for. Show gratitude to Allah swt even during times of loss, acknowledge the blessings we still have. Showing gratitude to the One who created you is a very powerful thing. Learn to appreciate. This will make your life easy.

Always remember the key point is to be grateful to your Lord. If you're grateful he will turn your sorrow into blessing..In Sha Allah ! 💗

The word 'Takheer' means a temporary delay and the word 'khair' means goodness.

It is such a beautiful thing to understand that if you're facing some delay, know that it's temporary and the delay is khair for you. Even if you don't feel like it. And once you get the blessing then you'll realise about it. So it's better to accept the delay happily and always be grateful to Allah.

For He knows best. And keep in mind that Behind every delay, there's khair.

Sometimes Allah gifts you moments of isolation in life. Not just the physical isolation, but more importantly mental isolation. You find it difficult to relate yourself to others. You feel they are far ahead in their journey in life. You cant express or explain what goes through in your heart. Sometimes this phase of isolation stays for a good amount of time. And it starts getting scary, only if we view it the wrong way. Sometimes this isolation can be very beneficial. Use this isolation as a phase, to know more about yourself. Your likes, your dislikes. Use this to contemplate what you are actually doing for your Akhira. Use this isolation to strength to others, helping them with your words & actions. Use this isolation to connect to Allah, like you never did before. Allah will get you out of this soon, when it's best for you. Trust your Rabb.

Trust in him and he will open ways for you♥️

Sometimes you’ll be going through a trial, and you will look around, looking for someone to hold your hand and tell you it’s going to be okay. And oftentimes, you won’t find that person. And if you do, you will find they don’t understand the heaviness you carry within, and you lose hope. But then one day you realise, Allah is teaching you a lesson. You realise He’s teaching you to solely rely on Him. So you start talking to Him, you start crying to Him, and as the days pass, little by little, you start feeling lighter, you feel a sense of tranquility as a blanket of serenity wraps around your soul. Then you realise it was Allah all along, He was just calling you back to Him.

Surah Kahf, Four stories, Four lessons.

1. If you have firm faith in Allah, He will help you through any difficulty even if it means He has to change the way the sun rises and sets.

2. If materialistic things are what you count as blessings from Allah, then think twice. They may leave you in the blink of an eye, unlike Taqwa and Tawakkul.

3. You may be better than someone, but there will always be someone better than you. And everything Allah does has wisdom behind it, whether you realize it or not.

4. If Allah gives you a strength, use it in His way. The One Who gives can always take.

May Allah make us from the ones who always learn and spread the knowledge.

I once heard someone say "tawakkul isn't always about everything turning out okay, it's about being okay no matter how things turn out". I guess that's what trusting Allah really means. Acknowledging that His plan for you is always best.

One day there will be phone calls. Informing your relatives and friends that you died. You Janazah will be prayed. Then you will be placed in your grave. Then after weeping everyone will leave even your parents. It will be you and the scary grave. Repentance is a cheat code. Don't forget to use it after you sin.

Eid is more than an occasion of joy, it is a sense of reflection.

Start by sacrificing the small things,

Sacrifice your time in learning deen.

Sacrifice your ego when you meet the

needy.

Sacrifice your everything that does not align

with Deen.

Wallahi, everything in this world will be

reduced to bits one dlay.

The only thing that willhelp you are your

good deeds.
