a little late because my internet crapped out on me last night, but like this post for a starter from the one and only cat troll! i’m going to cap it at 3 for now, but cast mates are exempt! they’ll probably be a little on the shorter side as i get back into things

AYYYY it’s ya girl nep back at it again

honestly though it’s great to be back!!! it seems like forever since i was last on citta and a lot has changed for me since then, but i’m super excited to rp with y’all again! things should hopefully be a lot smoother this time around since i’m out of school for some time now, but nep is still probably the only character i’ll bring back for a bit. but we’ll see! either way i’ll be making an rp ad later today and overall i’m pretty pumped to rp so honestly just hmu if you want to do something!!

i also finally have a twitter! i’m honestly not 100% sure how much i’ll use it or if i’ll post about anything other than my cat, but that’s a thing now at least

“Can you hold him supurr quick?”

Quickly lifting the small ginger cat from her shoulders Nepeta all but tossed him at the stranger next to her, only watching long enough to ensure he was out of harms way before she turned around and aimed a kick into the air. Or rather at the flying drone barreling towards them. A second later her foot slammed into the body of the drone and sent it spiraling into the side of the street, only to have it explode against a brick wall and send small bits of metal falling and clinking off the street around them. 

Turning back toward the human the troll smiled and held out her arms.

“Thanks! Kitkat makes fighting these things a little bit difficult, but he’s such a good kitty cat.”

With one final push Nepeta sent the torn remains of her last foe clanking down the street, the crumbled drone landing in a smoldering heap alongside the ones she had taken out only a few moments ago. As the street became quiet once more the troll let out a sigh and wiped away the beads of sweat on her forehead. It had only been a few hours since Nepeta reached Dressed to Kill, and already it felt like they had repelled half a dozen waves of drones trying to reach the store, now turned into a makeshift shelter. Not that the troll minded helping her friends! 

But they just kept coming.

It only took a few seconds for the sound of clanking metal and buzzing to reach Nepeta’s ears once again, and all she could do was let out a frustrated groan.

“Oh, come on! How many of you are there!”

Unsheathing her claws the troll turned to her companion, pointing a set in the direction of the noise.

“There are more over there, Purridot. You still okay?”

Natsu and Happy turned to see the person that called towards the feline.  The sight was far different than what they were expecting.  The only person that would call out in such a way, especially over the sight of a cat, was Milliana, and the last time the two had really run into her it was relatively traumatizing.  Never since has Natsu worn any form of mask.  

“Huh?” Happy questioned as he stared at the person.

Natsu on the other hand sensed something else.  “Look out,” he yelled while launching a fire ball from his hand towards the other person, soaring over them and striking a drone through the chest, leaving a molten hole.

As the two strangers turned toward her and stared, Nepeta began to dig her claw out from the torn metal corpse underneath her. The blades had become snagged in a bit of wiring, and try as she might, they refused to budge. Putting her foot against the drone’s body the troll braced herself just as she heard a shout. Confused, Nepeta turned, only to see the form of a drone barreling down on her with a sickle raised high. But before the troll could so much as twitch a ball of flame ripped just past her head and straight through the creatures chest.

With a hiss the troll tensed and ripped her claws from the drone’s chassis and swiped them toward her new attacker, sending it’s head sailing across the courtyard and letting its smoldering form fall in a heap.

Climbing to her feet and re-sheathing her claws Nepeta then walked over to the pair and grinned. “Thanks! These things are a little bit harder to kill than my usual prey. They also don’t seem edible?”

Frowning, the troll then turned to the cat she had spotted earlier.

“But what is such a nice cat doing out here?”

EH, screw it, lets kick some giant butt

i’m super excited to possibly get to RP some badass nepeta, so i’m going to go ahead and make an event rp ad! i’ll make it uncapped for now, but if i get a ton of likes for some reason i may end up being a bit selective so i don’t get swamped.

regardless, nepeta is most likely going to be in sector 6 since that’s where her cafe and housing are at, but i’m not opposed to having her move to other sectors as well if she has reason to! past that i’ll put some other details below the cut, but overall if you like this ad please be comfortable with me sending you a message so we can plot things out!

note: for anyone who liked my last rp ad, i’m still going to do those starters! however feel free to like this ad if you’d rather do an event thread instead, and i’ll just make a starter/plot out one of those :33

The communication between partners was nonverbal.  Happy could read Natsu’s intentions fast enough to direct his partner where he needed to go and was able to perform agile maneuvers to dodge any attacks that were coming their way.  Once the two dipped down low enough to the ground to see the drones Natsu unleashed a Fire Dragon’s Roar, scorching the ground.  Not stopping there, the duo came close to the ground again, this time Natsu changed his spell, “Fire Dragon’s Brilliant Flame!”

The ball of flames exploded on the ground, clearing an area for the two to land and take a brief rest before they continued pushing against their targets. “Happy can you keep going?”

“Of course, I’m the Nekomander!”

Nepeta jumped back as her opponent’s sword cut through empty air once more, only to leap forward with a kick aimed square at the mechanical creatures head. With a solid thud the drone was sent clattering down the alleyway they were in, almost tripping on the decapitated form of it’s partner, and barely able to keep it’s balance. But even as the drone steadied itself and brought it’s sword back around the troll had already crouched low. With a grin and the scrape of one of her claws against the cobblestone she pounced forward, barreling straight into the drone, and sending her claw ripping through it’s chassis with a crunch.

Both drone and troll flew down the alleyway and into a nearby courtyard, with Nepeta landing on top of the creature as it screeched to a halt. Her other claw tearing a hole through it’s head was all it took for her to finish the fight. 

It was then that Nepeta realized the other pair standing nearby. With one claw still embedded in the drone’s chest and a thin trail of smoke rising from it’s head, the troll turned toward them and-

“Is that a kitty cat!”

so as i said i’d really be down for just messaging back and forth and plotting something out, but below are the kind of interactions i’d be down with having! if you have another idea though please don’t hesitate to let me know

fighting together: i would really, really, REALLY love to do some actual fighting threads with nepeta since i feel like i don’t get enough opportunities to explore the more vicious side of her. i’m not 100% sure if she’s strong enough to take on the actual beasts (although sgrub did have some big monsters and i imagine the black king wasn’t a breeze to fight), but she could at least definitely take on the drones. that being said if one of her friends did get threatened by one of the larger beasts she wouldn’t hesitate to jump to their aid either. but if you’re interested in joining nepeta on a hunt i’m more than happy to have her team up with one or more people!

fighting against: i can’t see many situations in which nepeta would actually pick a fight with someone? obviously if your muse is like evil and you end up threatening either her or someone she knows (or her cafe, you hurt a cat and you die) obviously she could fight back, but otherwise nepeta will be concentrating mostly on fighting the actual monsters

scouting/exploration: if your muse isn’t interested in just fighting (or any fighting at all) but mostly wants to try and figure out what the hecky is going on in the city, nepeta would be great for that too! she’s a hunter with probably crazy good tracking skills and would be a pretty good asset for anyone looking to try and navigate their way through the city (or even toward the heart if that’s a thing that can happen????). 

other: like i said above, if you have any idea at all i’d love to hear it! i could have nepeta find herself in any number of situation if need be to be honest, and i’m sure that if you’re interested in rping together we can figure something out, so feel free to give a like and we’ll see what we can do!
