people who say steven was doctor who trying to do ian again are missing some very obvious differences.

ian can fight. he doesn’t choose to. he just gets in that situation and always wins. meanwhile steven couldn’t fight a hamster, but he’ll still try punching an immortal god.

second difference: every man wants ian and it’s to his advantage. every man he meets helps him out. every man wants steven too but it’s beyond inconvenience. it’s to his detriment.

in conclusion. ian is cool without trying. steven is a loser having a bad time constantly and i love him.

Happy Pride month to Ian Marter, who never got to live his truth, who was deeply distraught with his Bisexuality. Who had only told his best friend, Nicholas Courtney and Wife at the time. Who Married at 23 and had children at 24. Whose father hated him. Who never got to see a world where he would be loved by fans and friends.
