In winter time everything slowly dries op. Leaves fall of the trees, the earth gives away its softness to the dry air and the frost. This also counts for us humans and animals. Vata, one of the doshas we all poses, is very prone to increase during the cold winter. Make your own chocolate
It's so super super easy!
All you need is:
raw organic cacao
cacao butter
raw honey
ice cube tray
and whatever you would like to add to your chocolate.

HOW:
First heat up the butter in a pan on a very low fire. When it starts to melt you add cacao paste or powder to the butter and stir it well.
Taste it along the way to see if you like the bitter taste.
I always start with half a cup butter and half a cup cacao as a basis. While you taste you add the honey and keep on adding one of the substances till you like it.
Poor it over in the tray and sprinkle with extra ingredients if you wish.
Place it in the freezer and voila. In a few hours you will have delicious chocolate blocks awaiting for you!
