PiYo: A Review
PiYo wasn't exactly what I thought it would be, but I'm loving how it has helped my running
I purchased PiYo a couple of months ago. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t super impressed at first. Keep in mind, I’m looking at this series through the lens of P90X and P90X2. If you’ve read any of my training logs, you’ll see that I’m a huge P90X/2 fan. I run, but I also like to really push my upper body strength. I want to walk away from an arm workout with my arms feeling like rubber bands.

When Quitting is Best
My son pushed me to the edge today, over gymnastics, which is so trivial in the big picture.
I hate to say it, but sometimes quitting something is for the best. Today was one of those days. I took my oldest to gymnastics, and he threw a ridiculous fit. Race Day: I had some problems leading up to this, but it was worth it!
