I decided to delete every social media account I had because I felt like I needed a break I needed to find me again.Sometimes we lose ourselves behind everything and I’ve been lost for maybe 2 years now my self esteem is low at times.

I find myself breaking down a lot more than i want to I have so much stuff build up in my heart and mind I don’t know how to express it.
