I'm 21 years old, I have been in chronic pain for over 10 years I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, POTS, EDS hypermobility, hip dysplasia recently a doctor gave me 5 cortisone shots in a 3 months period causing my adrenal glands to shut down, causing cushings syndrome, sense then my life has been a mess I put on 50 pounds in 3 weeks.With the pain and body issues including body image issues, I have had the worst depression of my life i have found it hard to go on, but now I am looking for away that I can live my life to the fullest. Supernatural, teen wolf, American horror story and The Hunger Games are some of my fandoms.

The thing that’s truly amazing about Man in the High Castle is that it feels so true and genuine. It’s not focused on one Heroic Character trying to upturn an Evil Dictatorship. It’s about believable, relatable characters all sifting through a horrible world.

Some join the rebellion, whilst others are just trying to survive. It’s not a black and white show. Everything and everyone is morally grey at some point. The mistake a lot of shows and movies make with this theme is depicting a narratively faceless, evil villain. And that’s not realistic at all. This show actually depicts real people connecting and interacting with each other, and those are the events that motivate their actions.

Juliana doesn’t join the rebellion until her sister is killed. Frank impulsively decides to shoot the Crown Prince to avenge his family. Joe consistently looks out for himself and the people he cares about. And you see John Smith as nothing but a villainous Nazi… until he betrays and murders a Nazi to protect his son. Real people making decisions based on their personal experiences and relationships. That’s what makes a beautiful, fresh story. More shows and movies need to take note.

you almost never realise when it’s going to be the last time you speak to someone, visit a special place, or do something you love with people you love being around. but then it’s over and you wish you could go back and do it all again, but you cant, so dont take those moments for granted

it’s almost, almost, comical that this is 100% on white people.

and they will blame it as a reaction to poc, to lgbt, to the ‘problem’ they saw and had to respond to and handle.

but anything from here on out is 100% on them.

you can blame third parties, you can blame people who didn’t turn out, but ultimately the blame falls on white people for being so blinded with hate that trump actually seemed reasonable to them.

What is an “instant” death anyway? How long is an instant? Is it one second? Ten? The pain of those seconds must have been awful as her heart burst and her lungs collapsed and there was no air and no blood to her brain and only raw panic. What the hell is instant? Nothing is instant. Instant rice takes five minutes, instant pudding an hour. I doubt that an instant of blinding pain feels particularly instantaneous.
