The “gift” of ADHD (part 1)
forgive the version of you that didn’t know any better
forgive the version of yourself that knew better but did it anyway. forgive every version of yourself. we are constantly learning from our mistakes.
ya actually those arent typos i just spell words however i want to
Tim Drake gave so much to the characterisation of Robin and yet he is constantly forgotten in the modern age
Red Robin feels like a copout and to me has always felt like a lazy naming device to get him out of the robin spot .
Thus I propose, Tim Drake, the incredibly smart detective and martial artist as a new solo crime fighter
I give to you Tim Drake - Cardinal
Cardinals are redder and a bit flashier than robins and it's a name that hasn't directly been used in DC before. Plus I just think it sounds cool
DC I swear I'm cooking just need to not have writers block
I had to try my hand at drawing Cardinal even if I'm not a professional comic artist or anything

cat can:
snuggle
biting you
eat food AND plastic
so scared of car sounds
locate Bug
Make sounds
A head resting upon a lovers chest
Comfort devine
And may deepen your rest
As your heart is mine
A love so tender so pure
And paint the picture
A sense of allure
what? oh sweetheart no, you're not weirding me out at all. you're weirding me in. keep talking, freak
Michaels did not Need to go this hard for Halloween!!!
i wish i could remember who made the recommendation to "make a list of all the different ways someone could feel about a topic in your fictional setting and then make each of them a character" because it is a great technique and is also extremely fun
I am now considering for the first time that there might be other ways to make characters
Hey. Your brain needs to de-frag. Literally it needs you to sit there and space out.
If you want your memory or executive function to improve, stare out a window at the skyline or sidewalk or trees or birds on the electrical wires for like 20+ minutes per day. (With no other stimulation like a podcast or TV if you can manage but hey baby steps innit). If you're fortunate enough to have safe outside with any bits of nature, go stare closely at a 1 meter square of grass and trip out on the bugs and shapes of grasses and stuff.
Literally this will make you smarter. Our brains HAVE TO HAVE this zone out time to do important stuff behind the scenes. This does not happen during sleep, it's something else.
That weird pressurized feeling you get sometimes might be your brain on no defrag.
Give your brain a Daily Dose Of De-Frag.
