A quality tip for getting through the bad days
A friend told me to do this whenever I feel like shit and it honestly helps me a lot. I wanted to share this for people who need it. (thank you @madlilacrabbit for being an amazing friend 💕💕)
1. Write down 5 things that make you happy
It can be the most random things: a band, tv show, friends etc.
Mine would be:
* Music (Monsta X, Got7, Bts, Exo,…)
* Dancing
* My friends
* sunlight shining into my room
* a cup of tea whilst watching a drama
2. What are 3 big dreams you have?
again anything is fine. it could be about traveling, school/work, mental health etc.
for example:
* a trip to japan
* seeing my favourite bands perform live
* getting a bunny
3. What are 3 things you wanna to achieve?
it can be far in the future or something to achieve in the next few minutes, hours, days
for example:
* learning Korean and Japanese
* graduating this year
* getting through this hard time
4. What is it you need right now to feel better?
just think about what you could do right in this moment. do you want to talk to someone? do you need a hug? or perhaps a nap? Self-care can also help some people. perhaps a warm bath or shower helps. a face mask can work wonders too.
If you would have to go to school or work and you really can’t do it, a day off is fine. but make sure to pick yourself back up. focus on the good things in your life and you’ll be able to get through this.

This is the workout I’ve been doing lately.
PLEASE NOTE: i go all out for my workouts, I’m not saying you should do this. Tailor this to what you can handle. Please stay safe 💞
For this first one I try to do this twice a day, sometimes three if I have the time. This is just a modified 11 ab workout to fit what I can do.
Now THIS is the meat and potatoes of the workout, but there are some things I need to warn you about:
1. don’t do this while your fasting, I did that once and I almost passed out during the toe touches.
2. If you do this don’t start at the high numbers I listed, tailor it to fit what YOU can do. I don’t want any of y’all to get hurt trying to do everything.
