âAlright I think itâs time for you to leave.â Jisung said as his members started piling
into the dorm. This was the third time this week he had kicked you out when his members came home. As you walked to the door he didnât hold your hand or place his on the small of you back like he always did when you guys walked anywhere.
You felt embarrassed when you reached the door and he pushed you out with no âI love youâ or goodbye kiss. You had finally concluded that he was embarrassed of you.
You walked home in shame. He hadnât introduced you to his members yet and it seemed like he had no plans to at this point. You would understand if it was one month into the relationship but itâs been 7 months and he hasnât introduced you to any of them.
When you got home your mom immediately started questioning you about your day and before you could answer you were already up stairs in you room. All you wanted to do was lay down and sleep. I hurt to know that he was embarrassed to be with you. You were hanging out with him tomorrow and planned on confronting him about it then.

As you waited by the door you couldnât help but feel nervous about today. You knocked softly on the door and wait for him to answer.
He opened the door and tried to hug you, âHey babe how was you dayâ he said as I pushed him away.
âFine I guessâ I said softly as I walked past without looking up. We entered the dorm and started to watch a movie. Half way through, I spoke softly âis there a reason I havenât met your members yetâ you questioned with your eyes casted downward. As silence followed I continued, âYouâve met both of my parents and even some of more grandparents and cousins. Your an important part of my life and I want the other important people to know you. It just seems unfair.â
âI just didnât think it mattered that muchâŠâ he stated as he moved his arm from around me, âItâs just kinda embarrassing you kno-â
âSo Iâm embarrassing now... you are involved in every aspect of my life why am I not involved in yours?!â
At this point I was yelling with so much force it was starting to hurt. Tears where falling as I tried to look him in the eyes. He was avoiding eye contact at all cost.
â you treat me like a toy that you are trying to hide itâs unfair to me itâs unfair to them and more importantly itâs-â I stopped as the door opened and 4 young men came in.
âUhhh⊠whatâs going on hereâ one of them questioned as he stared at me and jisung.
I looked at jisung to see if he would say anything... but he didnât. Instead he stared at the ground.
âNothing... absolutely nothing.â I stated as I began taking off the hoodie I was wearing which just happened to be jisungâs. I started collecting my things to leave. As I was walking out I walked up to each of them and shook their hands, ânice to meet you Iâm y/n...â you looked at jisung, âjisungâs ex-girlfriend.â
Jisungâs head shot up as he looked at you with tears now in his eyes. You walked to the opened door and turned around one last time.

You were on your way home when you got a call from jisung. You ignored him for 4 more calls. Then a random number called you two times in a row. Finally on the last call you answered it, âlisten I donât know who you are but I just broke up with my boyfriend so Iâm not really in the mode for a scam ri-â âitâs jeno won of jisungâs members. Jisungâs been sobbing for the past 20 minutes and he canât really breathe. I think heâs having a panic attack but I donât know. Anytime we ask him what he needs he says you... we donât know what to do but he insisted we call you but you didnât answer on his phone.â
At this point my heart was ponding. I made a complete u turn and headed towards his dorm. When I got to his door it opened immediately.
âCome in heâs in his room on the leftâ one of them said. I could only assume it was jeno. I walked right past him and into jisungâs room. He was breathing heavily with tears rolling down his face. I crouched down in front of him and laid my hands on his knees gently as to not scare him. He looked up at me with a scared and broken expression.
âHey, hey baby itâs alright. Iâm right here...â I took his hand and placed it on my heart, âYou feel that. Yeah breathe with me. Breathe... there you go.â
âIâm sorry I love you and canât lose you. Please please donât leave please Iâm begging please I love you I canât lose you please...â he Wailed as I sat there taking it all in.
As I hugged him I spoke âno no no itâs okay baby itâs okay calm down we can talk about this Iâm not going to leave. Youâre not going to lose me I promise Iâm right here.â With that he started to fall asleep right in my arms with tears still rolling down his face. In that moment I knew we were going to be okay. We were going to be just fine.
