Okay, presupposing of course that this blob man on the right is indeed Lou, I have some theories. We know that Lou followed Corinne around the time that the first block of episodes (1-3) were being filmed. The most obvious theory was that they met during filming of the memorial, which we've seen stills of. However, it is interesting to note that Lou/Tommy is not wearing his dress blues in this photo, he's in civilian clothes. If he was attending the memorial (which I still believe he is), he should be in uniform as a firefighter and as a former 118er. Initially, we didn't think that much of the fact he's in casual clothes. Now, the new information we have thanks to the trailer is that the two figures on the left are Denny and Mara, wearing the outfits from the launch scene, where everyone is crowded around the tv watching Hen and Athena lift off. So the fact that Tommy is in casual clothes could mean that he's present for the launch as well. Also in the trailer we see May having a moment with Denny and Mara. So, and walk with me here, it is possible that Tommy will have a role to play in the opening emergency, alongside May. That would explain why Corinne was the only person he followed despite several other actors which he does not follow being at the memorial (Sue's actress, Elijah, JLH, etc.). What the nature of that role could be we don't know. But this is all very interesting information to me, because it might mean that Tommy will appear more than once in the first few episodes of the season, and more substantially than we first assumed. Of course, take this all with a grain of salt, because we don't know for sure if the blob man is indeed Lou/Tommy. But I'm clowning. Honk honk 🤡
