I’m sorry if this has been asked before, but what is STEORRA?

Steorra was a fanfic I did a few years back surrounding a California-ish-based fanClan and some basic concepts I thought were pretty neat thrown in the story. I think the ideas I had in it are really good, but the writing itself...not so much. So I'm going back and starting again with the aim to make a better story, as well as (hopefully) a more interesting setting.
