RULES.

mutuals only.  that’s for my own comfort and for ease of keeping track of replies.  it can also take me a day or two to go through my notifications or see new followers, but if i don’t follow you back usually within a  week  ,  i likely won’t follow, and that’s not personal.  it’s moreso that i can’t see our writing styles or our characters clicking or meshing well.  non-mutuals are more than welcome to interact in replies on posts or send ooc questions.

triggers and nsfw content.  given that fire emblem deals a lot with war, death, violence, etc., i don’t mind tagging triggers.  i tag everything with trigger //, but if you need something tagged that i don’t cover, please feel free to send me a message either off or on anon or through dms and i’ll do my best to tag it from that point forward.  on the topic of nsfw content, i do like writing the occasional piece of smut, and i will oftentimes use a read more in addition to the nsfw // tag.  because of this and the aforementioned themes, i do ask that anyone who follows me is 18+.  i’m an adult, and the idea of people way younger than me reading the things i write just makes me uncomfortable.

asks to threads.  i tend to answer my asks in new posts and i have done so ever since tumblr’s ask system broke a while back.  if you want to turn any ask i answer into a thread, feel free to do so by reblogging the original post !!  it doesn’t matter how many threads we have, if the muse strikes, go for it !!

activity level.  i am a college student, i have a near full-time job, and i have several health issues that sometimes keep me from being able to be here or even wanting to be here, not to mention i run other blogs.  this blog will likely be  low-activity  for the most part, and replies might be slow.  if you think i’ve missed something of yours, you can absolutely send a message to make sure i got it, since notifications are junky sometimes.  that said, if you pester me about replies, i’m less likely to get to your drafts and may drop them altogether.  this is a hobby, i do it for fun on my own time.

yuri’s only  slightly  taken aback by byleth’s question  ,  violet eyes  widening  just a fraction before his face settles into a  coy  smile.  &  then  ,  he  laughs  ,  though he’s not truly laughing at  byleth  ,  but rather at their uncharacteristic  boldness  .  it’s such a  straightforward  request from someone he thought to be rather enigmatic  ,  &  the abyss leader can’t help but  smile  ,  letting a gloved hand settle on byleth’s shoulder.

‘ rather bold of you to ask such a thing, my friend. ’ 

though yuri is  no  stranger to boldness  ,  in fact  ,  he  relishes  in it  ,  leaning into byleth’s personal space as though it’s his own.  after all  ,  they  were the one who asked.  gloved fingers trail along the professor’s jaw when yuri speaks  ,  another low  laugh  leaving him.

byleth doesn’t bother looking  up  from his desk for the moment  ,  finishing up grading the last few assignments before class tomorrow.  it must be  late  ,  judging by the lack of light filtering through the doorway.  but he’s used to that much  ,  burning the candle at both ends as his father would’ve said.

after a moment  ,  the professor sets aside his quill  ,  looking up with a  neutral  smile.  by no means is he  complaining  about yuri’s presence  ,  he hopes it doesn’t sound like he is.  he quite  enjoys  when students seek him out  ,  but he didn’t peg yuri as the type to need extra help after class.
