Okay, so I’m not exactly at 1K yet, but whatever! I’m close enough. And I’m just…I can’t fucking believe it! I’ve had this blog for…a year since the 25th. WOWZAH! 

So here’s the deal, kiddies. I’m not gonna do a giveaway, not really. But I am going to make a bunch of graphic/gifsets based on request that I hope you guys would love to provide!! I’m willing to make up to six of these (three graphic/gifs each). So I’ll set up slots and close off requests when they’re filled. 

To make things easy for everyone, I’m going to make a simple form for submitting requests:

SPECIFICS FOR COMIC PANELS AND GIFS!! 

All gifs must be at least 500px in width

Panels must be at least 500px, but higher resolutions are greatly appreciated. 

Although providing the panels and gifs are not required, it will give you a higher chance of having your request filled. Hunting down panels isn’t easy, especially if I’m not all that familiar with the character and making gifs is tedious work. And the less work I have to do, the more graphic/gifsets you guys will get. 8D

//Okay, so. I’m sorry to crash my RP blog with this, but it literally just became the focus of my entire life.

My sister told me tonight that the family is being relocated to Australia as part of my brother-in-law’s job, and that this is my six weeks’ notice so I can find a job as they won’t need a nanny in Australia. This goes way beyond a paycheck—my cash pay is low because my sister and BIL pay for my health insurance, cell phone, use of a car, and room and board. By July 1 I need to have my own job, apartment, cell phone plan, health benefits, and transportation.

It so happens that before we knew about this, I was in the process of opening an Etsy. That is still going forward! Now more than ever it’s important, in fact, because I’ll need all the extra income I can get. Hence, this post.

My primary merchandise for Etsy is crocheted totes and purses. This is not the only thing I can make, however—scarves, shawls, drinks coasters, blankets, hats, can cozies, Kleenex box covers, other things I can’t think of right now. So effective immediately I am opening up an offer for commissions for my smaller items (see the list above and take out blankets, totes, and shawls). With the exception of purses, none of these are more than $20—my small purses range from $20-35, depending on type.

For your perusal and viewing edification, I’ve provided pictures of some of my work at the end of this post. Please keep in mind that two of the purses you’re looking at are works in progress (crochet and beading complete but lining not yet sewn in; ornamental button missing from pink purse) and all are for sale. The 40”x40” blanket in the photos is not for sale and is pictured only to showcase my work. You can commission these, too, although not as quickly or cheaply—they take about two months to make and cost $85.

I should add that while most of my items are only fandom-inspired (pictured are a Loki-inspired and Emerald City-inspired purse), I have a pretty awesome pattern for Kleenex box covers that looks like a Super Mario question block (there’s also a Super Mushroom version), and any item is available in fandom colors or any colors you like, really. I’m not yet skilled enough for complicated logos, but Legend of Zelda fans may certainly request a Triforce on any item you’d like. And as the Emerald City purse certainly shows, yes, I can do retro, too.

Finally: if this isn’t for you, that’s chill. I’d appreciate if you’d reblog it in case someone else is interested! I was hoping to have another six months under my belt before I had to even think about this, but here we go. Pictures under the cut! Holy Crap,Forget Famous People,Forget Politicans, this man.... Look I do not often use the world Holy in a serious and good manner but I consider hima man who is "Holy" even though he's not like of any order or anything. Because of his decency, humility, humbleness,love for his fellow human beings, and...wow. He just. He is like that man in India who when his Wife died because she couldn't get to a hospital spend the next twenty five years carving a damn mountain and making a road so it would happen to no one else. Odin and Loki on Jane.

Isn’t it interesting that Odin says, in effect, “don’t attach yourself to humans because their mortality makes them unworthy” while Loki says “don’t attach yourself to humans because their mortality will cause you pain”.

And yet it is Loki who is considered to be the cruel and evil one and Odin the kind father-figure?

It’s like - gasp - Loki’s main concern is protecting his brother’s heart while Odin’s main concern is reinforcing the bigoted notion of Asgardian superiority he’s implanted in Thor’s head.

Of course, Loki is the villain and driven only by jealousy, so we Must (Must!) read an undercurrent of jealousy in his words and assume no sincerity in his concern for Thor to go along with that, but still. Remind me which one of them calls Jane a goat? Which one suggests letting elvish antimatter slowly kill her, and which one repeatedly throws himself between her and danger? I’m having a very hard time keeping it all straight, you know. Damn villains with their protectiveness and all.

I swear this movie was an exercise in seeing how far Loki could NOT ACT VILLAINOUS AT ALL and still have people call him that.

           So I never saw Thor two. That does raise interesting points. However...Remember that time in The Avengers he literally let the Chitariu or how ever you spell it in? And was going to let them destroy earth. Because he was upset over family issues and stuff. Also he probably wanted to double cross Thanos and keep that cube for his own reasons. And get some pay back on Thor for being the favorite child. And get pay back on Odin for his utterly terrible parenting. Yes I am Looking Multi Verse here but like,I'm wondering how they could have kept loki in character and done a done villanous interpretation. I'll be curious to see. I do love seeing how Thor and Loki interact. My only regrets with Marvels Thor stuff is the enchantress, the exutioner,Lorilie,and ect did not show up. That could have been really cool. I was going to point out that by defination gods are sort of above mortals, but this is Marvel and they shit on Norse mythology just by making Loki and Thor adopted brothers instead of Loki and Odin. And Making Thor and Sif not married. And making her Goddess of war in the comics instead of...goddess of crops or wheat or the harvest I think? But not a warrior type. Also they really hilariously sanitized it. I mean Frigg was orginally odin's wife. I think he might have had more than one? She's also very much not Thor's mother. Frey or Freya is like a compleately different goddess, who has a sleagh pulled by cats. Apperently once Thor lost his hammer to a gaint so Loki was like, trollolol, why don't you go dress up as freya sense she's super hot and the term of getting the hammer back is her hand in marraige. And it worked. They put Thor and Loki in drag. Not even Magic drag, which Loki could totally have done being a master shapeshifter and magican. Basicly he thought it would be funny to make Thor wear a wedding dress and flirt with Gaints for a while. And apperently Loki just came along for the ride? Basicly Loki Stirs upshit for fun. He probably GAVE them the hammer. Just to mess with Thor. I mean it was the funniest story ever, but he is really not a nice guy. None of them are.
