Hey, thank you for this ask! This is applicable to many, so I hope it’s okay if I post this publicly.
At the current moment, I’m not taking any other mods because I’m not sure how comfortable I’d be just yet. However, in the future that might be something that this blog would need, it just depends on what happens.
The biggest thing right now anyone can do is give support to the creators! Reblog or comment on their post, send asks, send headcanons, be active! And not just on Tumblr, this is also a good thing to do on any other site where this fandom exists, including youtube, ff.net, ao3, and more. Creators need support to keep this fandom going, and that’s the main thing.
More specific to this blog’s future, however, there are several more ideas. Having a group of people to specifically support and give feedback to the creators in our network is one idea, as well as blog events that would get people excited to participate and interact! If any of these things sound interesting, or if anyone has their own ideas, please send in an ask.
Sorry if this was made quite general, but as of right now there’s not a system in our network to directly volunteer, though this may be an option in the (somewhat near) future.

Feedback: This is super cool, thank you for submitting it! Everyone else should go give some feedback as well, but as of now, I’ll say this: There’s a lot of things I really like about this drawing, for example, the way the suit is drawn is done quite well! The folds of the cloth look natural and the values all look natural as well, wich is something a lot of people tend to struggle with. The style is different than I normally see England drawn in, which can be disorienting for some, but carrying over features of a character can always be hard, and you did a good job at still making him distinctly England!

a/n: I asked @aph-blue what they wanted for their birthday and then wrote them the polar opposite of what they asked for, but that’s actually their fault? Because, I had the opportunity to not see a set of pictures and they took that from me, and my mind, haunted by those aforementioned pictures that are now burned into my skull, couldn’t write anything but this, and it is probably bad because I was the one who wrote it.
Beached, but not bloated, and a fuckboy Alfred because why not. Happy birthday, blue!
Alfred caught his first boyfriend when he was seventeen.
The tide had been turbulent that evening and Alfred had seen a guy thrashing in the waters, head bobbing above the waves before going back under, screaming all the way through.
Never mind that he was on the shallow end of the ocean. Alfred was there to save him, jumping off his stand to sprint across the beach and throw himself into the water, dragging the gasping man back onto the sand. After he’d coughed up the ocean, he’d given Alfred his number, and it was then he swore to himself being a lifeguard was the best thing that would ever happen to him.
The pay was less than ideal, yes, but the worship made up for it. Half the beach would congregate around his chair, flaunting themselves for a chance to be his next treat. It was mostly perks, to say the least.
Which is why Alfred rolled out of bed today when he could’ve been sleeping his summer away. It was his turn to claim the afternoon shift, and he did so with a sigh, falling into the familiar routine of lathering on sunscreen, slipping into his shorts and spending ten minutes in front of the mirror to pick which sunglasses he was in the mood for that day.
Beauty was hardly effortless.

Hello. First of all, I think what you are doing is a very good and noble initiative, and please, please don't take this the wrong way, but isn't this basically what the hetaliafandomhub is already doing? And they've got trajectory of over a year and seem like could also need a helping hand. As I said, please don't take this wrongly. I just want to know why the diversification instead of joining forces or what are going to be the main differences. sorry again and also thank you for your labor!
Don’t worry, I understand the curiosity and this is definitely a good question to ask, so thank you for asking it!
So, this is a community blog much like @hetaliafandomhub , and I can’t say that I wasn’t inspired in part by them! I’ve wanted to do this for quite awhile, of course, but they have certainly motivated me to take action. However, I wouldn’t say that it’s the exact same. I very much want to focus on interaction with the creators of the fandom (giving feedback, commenting, reblogging, interacting, and the such) which is a little more specific.
As to why I didn’t just offer to help them, well, there are several reasons. One is that I don’t personally feel comfortable being a mod on someone else’s blog. I want to have the freedom to work and focus on what I want to. As well, I just don’t have the experience and there are plenty of people interacting and interested in helping the blog. I am on their community blog list, and they even gave me some really great advice for starting this blog too which has been amazingly helpful.
Diversification is not really a bad thing. A few years ago, I would follow as many blogs like this for fandoms as I could! One of the problems (as I see it) in this fandom has been giving attention to just a few very talented people, and not giving very much to the rest. More Hetalia blogs simply make the fandom a bigger place, and so there's really no competition!
